Mindanao Pet-friendly Hotel

"This place is a little piece of paradise. I love how it’s all placed inside the natural landscape. I would stay here before any other place on the island. I prefer how clam and secluded it feels compared to a busy beach resort. I went snorkelling, swimming and ate the best food here the island has to offer. My butler/attendent (Leng Leng) was amazing and made the stay here even better. She was a fantastic lady to talk with and have around to make this experience even better for us. As far as I...

"Great stay as always "

"First off, there's not really any parking. The area is very busy and very noisy at all hours. There is no elevator. The shower drain was clogged and we had to take our showers very fast. Our 6 year old spilled some chocolate milk on the bed, I was charged 500 pesos for a "cleaning fee" to wash bed sheets they needed to wash anyway. Definitely would not recommend."

"The hotel is off the main road and a 5-10 minute walk to the the main street with restaurants, shopping, beaches etc. Hotel room is simple, nice and clean. Hotel staff is accomodating, always have a smile, are welcoming and happy :) Booked for 1 night and ended up extending for the length of my time in Siargao. Overall loved the hotel!"

"The serving staff, after a complaint to the operations manager, were fully retrained and then became close to international standards. Weekend evening very noisy from outside visitors. Smokers are definitely not welcome - smoking only in assigned area - NONE ASSIGNED!"
