"The property is well situated for exploring Exmoor, both on foot and by car. A short walk takes you to Exford where there are 2 pubs and a teashop(the hub for star gazing nights on a Thursday). There is also a fantastic playground on the green. We were welcomed with home baked bread, spreads and a delicious cake. The cottage has everything, even towels for our dog. "We have stayed at the cottage several times and we love it! The cottage is immaculate. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay, even a towel in the porch for muddy dog paws. The weather was mixed but we managed to go walking every day. Walked up to North Hill and saw some lovely Exmoor ponies and our dog loved playing on Dunster beach. We will definitely be back."

"Luccombe Cottage ist einfach traumhaft - wunderschönes Ferienhaus in traumhafter Lage. Es war alles blitzsauber und liebevoll vorbereitet. Allein der Blick aus dem Fenster jeden Morgen ist die Reise wert. Auch die Umgebung hat viel zu bieten, Wanderungen im Exmoor vorbei am wilden Ponys, die Nähe zu verschiedenen Stränden, kleine Hafenstädte…einfach schön! Auch die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war sehr nett, auf jede Frage kam sofort Antwort. We hope to be back!"

Only shame is there was a not to say not to use the fire or log burner , fire because of nesting birds, in Sept/Oct very much dought it, May have just been the cleaners not as perhaps they did not want to clean the fire if it had been used ?"

"What can I say! The property was lovely, clean and comfortable. Lots of lovely walks nearby. Local pub served great food. Frank was a great host. Will definitely go back."

"Very clean and modern interior. Spacious and comfortable. Excellent location for the village and coastal walks. Parking was a little complicated. Maybe a BBQ in the garden would be nice. Overall very pleasant and we would happily book again."
