**BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS**
On the main level, relish in a beautifully appointed Queen bedroom and an expansive bathroom with exquisite granite countertops, a stunning tiled showering area - plus laundry to boot. Upstairs you'll find your King Master Ensuite – it's sure to indulge with plenty of natural light shining through french doors that open onto the cozy balcony where endless starry nights await. Spoiling yourself further is easy thanks to its grandiose ensuite bathroom complete with a plush soaking tub for bubbles galore, & graceful tile-shower enclosure. The third bedroom & bathroom is located on the lower level of the property. It has a Twin over Queen Bunk Bed & Separate Queen Bed & a shower/tub combo. The den is complete with board games and accessories that appeal to kids of any age.
**LIVING ROOM AND KITCHEN**
Enjoy the convenience of an open-concept kitchen with all the appliances that you need for cooking, adjacent to a generously sized sunken-style living room offering panoramic views of the cabin. Wind down with entertainment on the smart TV, complete with streaming services. Please use your personal logins to access your favorite shows and movies.
**GAME ROOM**
Take a stroll down the stairs and enter into a world of fun for all! The large, inviting game/family room boasts something to suit every taste - from an exciting game night around the poker or uno table, lively competition on the shuffleboard court, dads reminiscing their glory days over darts games and everyone snuggled up to watch movies together on TV.
**OUTSIDE SPACE**
Nestled in nature, our rental cabin features an outdoor oasis with a hot tub, fire pit, and cozy Adirondack chairs. Share peaceful moments while indulging your senses - steamy warmth caressing skin as star-filled skies blanket the night above. Create sweet memories roasting marshmallows over crackling flames on our firepit surrounded by laughter among loved ones or, you can also enjoy our outdoor fireplace. While sipping your favorite wine and relaxing on our outdoor couches while watching football or your favorite TV show outdoors with friends by our big screen TV set in these spectacular surroundings; whichever way it goes, each moment spent here will create lasting memories no matter what time brings forth. Step inside for even more magical sights and experiences!
*Please Note: Dogs are welcome at Laurel Brook! 2 dogs, 40 lbs weight limit- $100
*Please note there is a security camera recording the driveway area & firepit area. Do not move, cover, tamper or take down alarms, security lights or cameras*
Guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement within 48 hours of booking and prior to check-in.
** Please Note: For stays longer than 14 days, a mandatory mid-stay cleaning is required. This cleaning will be scheduled during your stay and is charged at the same rate as the standard cleaning fee. If the property requires additional cleaning due to excessive mess or damage, extra charges may apply.**
*Maximum number of vehicles which may be parked overnight shall not exceed 3 vehicles.
