Overall Great Experience!

The communication from AnaLuisa was amazing and she was very helpful throughout our stay. The grill was not operational and they brought a brand new grill for our use. The hot tub was clean and had a nice view of the river. The dock was easy to get to and was great to fish in the Tocca River. The kitchen was fully stocked with appliances and utensils, pots, pans, plates, wine glasses, etc.. Once recommendation is to bring extra toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, paper towels as there was only one roll per bathroom or kitchen for a 3 night stay. One reason I took off points for cleanliness is the guest bedroom upstairs comforter upon check-in had dried blood splattered on it. The management company stopped by and fixed it right away but large oversight from housekeeping. Overall it was a great location and the management company was very responsive to calls or texts.

Toccoa Fish Trap

Great location directly on the river! Great location to many wonderful places in the area, like downtown Blue Ridge, Blue Ridge Railroad, Helen, Brasstown Bald, Murphy, vineyards and hiking. We hiked the miles and miles of roads behind the Toccoa Fish Trap. The Property Manager, Ana, was fabulously responsive to our questions/concerns. Enjoy!

Tocoa River Fish Trap

The cabin was very spacious, clean and comfortable. We felt very welcomed as we entered the cabin that was freshly cleaned, cooled, music playing, lights on sweet gift basket on counter. Great place to stay!

Relaxing weekend stay

Very nice cabin on the river. We enjoyed relaxing by the river with a campfire in the evenings and watching the kayakers go by during the day. Coffee on the back porch in the mornings and reading a book at night while watching the fireflies was also a great way to relax at this cabin!

GREAT RIVER LOCAL

The property was a great getaway and right on the Toccoa River. Not to far from Blue Ridge if you want to pop into town to get something. Wonderful for the quiet get away and the neighbors are not on top of you like a lot of other places. Will be looking forward to going back in the future!!!

Fish Trap Cabin

Love Fish Trap Cabin! It’s not our first time to stay at this location. The cabin is always clean and well equipped. It’s great to be able to relax, listen to the river and actually fish off the cabins deck. We also love the close proximity to the town of Blue Ridge where shops and restaurants are located.

This house is amazing! From the river to the spacious home, it was a wonderful place to stay for 11 days. The gift basket and Christmas tree were a lovely surprise! Enjoyed every moment!!!

Birthday Celebration

My husband, I, and our best friends come to Mineral Bluff every year to celebrate two of our birthdays. This has been the best trip yet! The cabin was awesome and the weather was good. I just wish we could catch fish. There didn't seem to be very many about this visit. Great place to stay!

I have lost count of the many vacations we have enjoyed here over the last 12+ years. There's always little updates done to the cabin and the waterfront is spectacular! There's space for the entire family to gather together and lots of space for everyone to enjoy their own quiet time. We floated the river many times and even went all the way to Horseshoe Bend Park. Beautiful day on the river, felt like heaven! Can't wait to enjoy another vacation soon and always appreciate the extra effort that AnaLuisa provides. The little extra welcome basket always makes me smile.

Great location on the river.

Great property for a small group. I was disappointed we could not check in earlier than 2:00 p.m. even though no one stayed at the cabin the night before. We have stayed at several other cabins on the river over the past 10 years and everyone else has allowed us to check in at 10:00 a.m.

Spacious river home with great view

We loved the easy access of The Toccoa River only a few steps away from the home. The fire pit, river deck, and hot tub/grilling deck made the outside area very enjoyable. The home was well stocked, the beds were very comfortable, and the home is very spacious. We had a wonderful weekend! Thank you!
