Absolute Nightmare

Avoid this property at all costs. First, it is grossly misrepresented. It is advertised as a 3 bedroom. It is not. It is a 2 bedroom with a daybed tossed in a basement across from washer/dryer . It isalso a safety hazard, as they put a lock on exit door so anyone staying in basement would be trapped in a fire. The rest of the property comes with stained carpets, tape onfloor, stained furniture and broken dining table covered in plastic with matching broken chairs. Ice machine in fridge doesnt work and comeswith dirty water filter needing changed. We spent 4 days with a non working doorlock and dealt with a completely nasty owner who then threatened us with forcibly removing us from house when THEY messed up our reservation dates and sent cleaning people to harass us in leaving sooner so they could rent property to next unsuspecting people. Property claims theres a firepit( there isnt) and a BBQ grill which IS present but is broken and filthy. Absolutely ridiculous experience, and now need to contact my attorney to deal with this owner. As for the positive, its a quiet peaceful neighborhood and was clean in spite of how shabby this property is. In a nutshell, RUN.
