Wonderful experience!

We had an absolute blast! The house was so cute and exactly as described. The property was beautiful and there were so many things to do with the game room, slide, kayaks, and hot tub. The water was a little shallower than we would have liked but still deep enough for the slide and to dock our boat. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful Quiet Peaceful

This house was just as pictured. Our family had an amazing time. The neighbors were friendly, the swimming was amazing and the dock was great for fishing. My children loved the water slide and the game room. They're was plenty of room. So glad we stayed here. I will warn the walk up from the dock is a little strenuous. I loved that it was convenient to town.

A grate gem by the water

The place is very well built and the lake access is a great feature. It was a bit 'cozy' for 3 families (6 adults, 8 kids). But still we had a great time, for 2 families its probably perfect.

Owner Issues

Home was awesome, alot of games for the kids, beds were really Comfortable and the whole Family fit perfectly with everyone having a bed, but it felt as we were constantly being watched through the cameras around the property with no privacy at all. Received the fist message as soon as we got there with our boat that we couldn't use the boat slip or even dock our boat at the property. Next it was we had too many Vehicles and too many people on the property the very next morning saying the owners noticed when driving by but i noticed the Camera at the entrance constantly taking pictures. We had 8 Adults 2 kids and 1 baby

Overall, this was a great place to stay. It was comfortable with our group of 8. Lots of fun things to do with the board games, outside games, game shed, water toys and kayaks provided. The two king bedrooms were nice and spacious, the bunkbeds room was very small. You had to walk down a steep hill to get to the lake, which we didn't mind, but would be difficult for folks with limited mobility. It would have been nice if more basic supplies were provided like dish detergent, toilet paper, salt and pepper, light bulbs, etc. But our group had a fun time and we'd go back again.

The house was cute and in a great location and the amenities were a lot of fun. I would rate it much higher if it had been clean upon check-in, but it was not – food on the plates in the cabinets and on the backsplash, spiders and spiderwebs hanging across the kitchen, a dirty diaper in the primary bedroom, a broken toilet seat, etc. I’m not a stickler for extreme cleanliness, but this was unlike anything I’ve ever seen. Particularly given the high service fees, we were surprised and disappointed to have to spend our first evening buying cleaning supplies and getting the house into livable shape. The rental company (Vacasa) did offer to send a cleaning crew the next day, once we had already cleaned it ourselves, but otherwise has made no attempt to rectify the situation, including even posting the review that we left through them. It’s a shame, because otherwise the property was pretty great.

Water was at dangerous levels toxic

We were told by neighbors upon arriving there was an algae bloom making the water dangerous I reach out to the property manager several times and kept being told to avoid the water until they found out correct information. They never responded back. What is the point of going to a lake resort when you can’t get in the lake. It should be the propert management’s responsibility to inform potential guests that there is a dangerous situation
