「Prior to the stay there was a discussion about a refund related to checking out three days early due to a scheduling conflict with my kids. I contacted both the host and VRBO more than a week before our scheduled check-in on December 29. Was told it was approved. Host charged us for the entire stay. Also, the internet never worked during the stay. Had to connect to my phones hotspot to use the tvs and our mobile devices. The bed clothes were never changed prior to our arrival. We doubd...

「This property is awesome! It checks all the boxes...it's very clean, well stocked in all areas, great location, it's quiet, the host was very responsive and accommodating, nicely decorated and reasonably priced. One of the best we have ever stayed in!」

「I was charged twice for.damage protection. I paid when booking and then forced to pay another when checking in. I contacted the property management a lot of times, but they kept talking about something else. I have now wasted a lot of time and have VRBO support trying to help because this is against policy. I also couldn't get into the property with tbe code I was given and spent 30 minutes in the hallway with support trying numerous different codes. The property wasn't very clean.」

「Beautiful apartment in a beautiful house. The surrounding area is great for walking with lots of interesting historic homes in the area and on Summit Ave. Lots of places to eat just down the street. We found it a great place to relax in between a very busy schedule of family events. I would definitely return. Host's communication was also great; anytime I reached out she was quick to respond. Highly recommend!!!」
