Check in was LONG and painful! Then additional $10 to park on their lot. disappointing. Also, they no longer have a free breakfast (been here 4 years in a row, this is a first!) Room and pool area were very nice!

Bad service and noise Gym without notification
Everything is good except for not notifying us there is a 24 hours open Gym next to our room. And the noise comes from the Gym is sooo loud since 6am. We had a maintenance issue in original room 927. The lights sounded like a jet and the sink was slow to drain. They offered us a room on 12th floor that was exceptional. I recommend adding the 50 charge for the exec. lounge. The food was great, and service was amazing. The staff are always fantastic ...
