“Good and clean ”

“All the hotel staffs and facilities are very nice! l will choose this hotel again.”

“Nice property on a quiet area of town. It was perfect for our stopover going out of town.”

“The room and hotel were very clean. The dining area was very clean. The staff was fantastic. The furniture in the lobby was a little dated and worn. The beds were comfortable, and the rooms were quiet. The breakfasts were good, but I think they should have an egg option in addition to hard-boiled eggs every day. Overall great experience. We were there a week. I also wish they had a hot tub.”

“早餐”

“The least Hyatt-like of any Hyatt ever. The room with high ceiling and huge windows (no view even on 5th floor) was nice enough, but the service was awful and breakfast was abysmal. Valet was MIA, front desk clerk in jean jacket, eating nacho cheese dip at the desk, barely made eye contact and the room type I prepaid for wasn't cleaned (checked in after 6 pm). Made us feel like an inconvenience. Apparently we interrupted her snack...”

“There wasn't a bathroom fan but that was the only thing; not really an inconvenience, just stinky. Otherwise great onsite parking, nice rooms, a helpful and courteous staff, and it's in a great location. The restaurant was fantastic as well.”

“入住时特意要求需要安静房间，接待帅哥说房间十分安静。入住后发现：房间半地下，有车辆、行人经过都会有声响，尤其当有轨电车经过时……😡😡😡😡，窗户无法关闭严实，有缝隙，室内窗台全是灰尘！很不好的一次住宿体验！晚上噪音吵的睡不着，早上5点钟再被噪音吵醒点评该住宿😡😡😡😡”

“Excelente lugar”

“空调很吵，房间比较小”

“good”

“They only get you money and don't give you any service and Expedia do the same they only get you money”

“Property is great for park and fly. Right by airport. Breakfast doesn’t start until 6:30 so didn’t have time to try free breakfast.”
