A little disappointed

We were a little disappointed. There were items in the dryer, washing machine and dishwasher. One of the beds had dirty sheets and the people below us were very loud and I wasn't able to get in touch with the emergency phone number. They sent me a text in the morning apologizing. The bedrooms were nice. The chair in the living room was not stable so we didn't feel like we could use it. We made it work overall
