「I'm sad to say that this hotel was pretty awful. After staying at this property for 50 years while visiting family, I won't go back. Unfortunately basic maintenance isn't a priority. The first room I was in had an area by the sink where the floor had been removed and a board & carpet placed on top. The board was not sturdy. Dangerous. The door sweep was laying next to the door. Cold air & light entering the room. I was moved to another room which was better. I could still see light around the...

「When we went to our room, we were very startled to see a male standing in the dark by the door. He said he worked there & was checking to make sure the room had been cleaned properly. Room was clean. Pillows were hard as a rock. Could not adjust the temperature on the a/c. Very thin sheets. No repeat customer here.」

「This property was clean and comfortable. The staff were professional, courteous, and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located near several sites, including a park, water park, authentic Mexican bakery (panaderia), and Dodge City's Front street. Getting around Dodge City was easy and quick. The cinnamon rolls at the continental breakfast were tasty. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property.」

「Was probably really nice when built in the 1980s. Now it is run down. Tv cannot be turned off and there is no volume control. Dirty carpet. Bathtub has a permanent ring in it. Very run down.」

「NO ELEVATOR FOR SECOND FLOOR. Was not informed this on check-in and had already loaded luggage cart. Was charged extra for ground floor. No automatic or ADA entry to check-in desk causing difficulty bringing in loaded luggage cart. Staff made good recommendation for food. Room was cleaned daily.」

「A decent hotel for a one night stay or long-term as many of the rooms are appointed with appliances and accessories to make it like a studio apartment. Only major complaint was that conditioner and body wash dispensers in the shower were completely empty. Attention to overall detail and cleanliness needs to be improved. Otherwise, a comfortable and pleasant place to stay. 」
