“Our room was clean and comfortable and the staff was always very friendly. The pillows are very soft, not firm at all, and the bed is very comfortable. This was within walking distance of many great restaurants and I could get to the convention center through the skywalk, which was very convenient. ”

“Everything is good except for not notifying us there is a 24 hours open Gym next to our room. And the noise comes from the Gym is sooo loud since 6am.
I called the front desk, and the lady obviously know that the noise will affect the rooms close to the gym. And she was quite nice to promise to send someone to stop it. But never stops actually.
And the next day, I went to the front desk, expressing my disappointment about this. She talked about the rights to use the GYM while I talked about……

“Staff were kind, food was delicious, skywalk accessibility was an unexpected plus. There were some little things with the room (e.g. the remote wouldn't work sometimes, the shower didn't get very hot despite turning it all the way over), but overall I had a pleasant stay and would come again.”

“I reserved a room eight months in advance, but when my family arrived at the property they did not have the room type we booked. There were 4 of us, I booked a room with 2 queen beds and they gave us one king bed and a pull out couch. The front desk mildly apologized, but that was it. We had an uncomfortable stay.”
