Blinds are old, some don’t work quite right and our dirty. One bathroom had no mirror. Ceiling fan in the living room was very noisy and the light didn’t work. Directions said to place recyclable material in clear or transparent bags none were provided. Refrigerator had no ice maker and the ice cube trays were empty. Windows were difficult to operate. Back door enters right into bedroom which wasn’t shown on the pictures.

Perfect Summer Home
This has been our summer home for the past 15 years, renting this home at least 6-7 times every 2-3 years for the past 15 years. Perfect size, location, amenities and accommodations. I love this house, it's location and just everything about it. Our family met the owner who was very friendly and helpful during our stay (even trying to help us get our rental boat started (ended up needing a new starter). Beautiful view, close to restaurants and shopping downtown Minocqua. The front porch is my favorite part of the house. You just cannot go wrong here!
