「Avoid the hotel if you are looking for a clean and river frontage property as they cannot guarantee you a view room even if you booked and paid in advance. Hotel is dated, air conditioner filers thick with dust (we cleaned them) and breakfast controlled buffet with little choice and small portions. Front desk experience poor, staff who claimed lost booking, no rooms we pre available paid for available and does not guarantee poor skills. Didn’t feel like the customer but a burden. Poor skills....

「The staff were extremely helpful! However, the room was dreadful. The USB ports for charging our phones didnt't work, the toilet seat had all the paint peeling off & needs replacement. And the toilet was leaking water all over the bathroom floor. The owner needs to sort it out asap!! Overpriced too!!!」

「My wife and I spent 4 nights there and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room, bathroom and common areas were well set up and spotless. The bed was comfortable. The breakfasts were just right. Debbie and Gregory, the owners, were hospitable and delightful people. 」

「It's an older hotel that has been renovated, so there isn't much in the way of insulating barriers. I happened to have a very noisy upstairs neighbor, but the hotel room itself was very nice.」

「I never got to check in. Expedia booked me after hours and still has yet to give me a refund. After a long day at work I was looking for a place to sleep to avoid the adverse weather and ended up losing the lil money I had and borrowing from someone to book a different room at a different place. It was frustrating to say the least. Almost a month later and I'm still waiting on my money. SMH 」

「Staff was great! Room was clean, but lots of stains on chairs and floor. One of the reasons we chose the facility, was because of the convenience of the on-site bar/restaurant. Something was wrong in the kitchen, so no food was available. Bartender and cook were very apologetic and gave us veggies and pretzels… Odd that there were lots of feral cats hanging out by the river walk door…」
