Front desk lady was very rude. We were a huge inconvenience for her when checking in. We were lucky we got there when we did as the front desk also closed at 10 pm for the night. Our room had a terrible smell but we were already moved once because they gave us a queen size bed the first time when i had booked a king. i didn't want to inconvenience the front desk lady again. The room had zero amenities. Asked for glasses and an ice maker and there was none available at the property. Bed was comfortable though.

Not bad.

Belinda i believe was our check in clerk and was none too pleased about her lunch getting interrupted. After apologizing profusely, we were finally afforded a room. Nice single twin rm 120, very accessible from side door. Equipped with nice fridge w / ice maker, electric 2 burner stove, flat screen and microwave. Cooling unit was quite capable but a bit loud. Nice water pressure head. Spacious bathroom. May visit again if we get a different clerk next time.

The rooms have no comforts. No kleenex, no cups, no coffee, had a kitchenen but no plates utensils. Only good thing i can say is the bed was good and it was clean but they can definately do better.

I spent 3 hrs. with the night clerk to get my entry key to work on the side entrance to my room. It never worked so I was told to use the main entrance. Which was locked after 10pm. This is not good. I want a discount!

Avoid in winter

It was cold outside, yes, but the room should have been able ro get warm. It didnt. There was no hot water- like none the whole time. The rooms are meant for.long stays, so no shampoo or coffee. I was surprised it was so poor given the high ratings.

Disappointed that they only have staff on from 9am-9pm which means all sorts of people are wandering in off the street and hanging around. The lobby and elevator were filthy. 4 days and nobody moved a bag of garbage, washed the sticky floors, people smoking right out front and pot in the elevator. The rooms are in need of a good cleaning and refresh but I guess you get what you pay for. When I see 8 people in late teens early 20 staying in a room I know there is no staff at night to help this issue, sad but this place will only go downhill.

Not that it was the property's fault, but this is a very busy hotel. I started to wonder if anyone ever slept, there was commotion and people in the hallway, and the upper levels of the hotel, talking all night long. I finally was annoyed enough that I got out of bed at 5am, took my shower, got dressed and checked out. On the plus side, the room was very nice, and the bed was super comfortable!

Terrible place , don’t stay there. Dirty, noisy and stinky. Dog crap all over property. Police outside arresting people at night, people screaming at night. Fake reviews I suspect? Do they erase bad reviews? Worst hotel we ever been to. Don’t stay there. Never gave a review like this before.

Better Than Expected!

When I initially booked this hotel I had reservations about what the stay would be like. Ultimately, aside from smoke odor in the hallways and lack of a breakfast, the stay was perfect. The bedding was clean and comfortable, the room itself smelled fine and was warm upon arrival, and the water pressure was perfect. For the price, you could do much MUCH worse.
