Value of money and location
I usually spend one month a year in Minsk . I stayed 30 days in this hotel . I loved my room and gym . Hotel located next to karla Marksa one of the busy street full of bars in Minsk . I’ll give 5 stars .and I’ll be back . Only error I found about this hotel is registering visitor at night . I found it against of my visitor privacy and mine . Otherwise amazing hotel . Big Thanks to the hotel bar and reception . Everyone were amazing . .

Don't trust staff. The 90's
It is dark inside and out. There is no light on the stairs and in the corridor. The windows are dirty so you can't see anything. Jacuzzi only worked on women's day, then not anymore. Room ok. Attention to recepcion staff !!! Don't trust !!! They wanted me to pay twice for the hotel. For earlier check in, the price changed during 5 minutes 4 times. First they wanted payment in dollars, when I gave dollars, they didn't want dollars, they wanted rubles. I gave rubles, they changed the price 4 times to a higher one. I asked for an inexpensive taxi, they ordered me 3x more expensive. The hotel is from the 90s. I was in other hotels in Minsk and they are great, avoid this one!!!!

We use feedback, such as yours, to continuously make changes to our hotel to improve the guest experience. We would like to comment on the points you've mentioned in your review.At our hotel we use energy-effective lighing in order to reduce carbon imprint. We will discuss the approach, probably it will be possible to make our lighting system in the corridors react to the movement faster.As for the windows, we normally clean them twice a year. Next cleaning is planned for May 2023.As for jacuzzi, unfortunately it broke down on March 9, 2023. We re sorry that you could not enjoy it. However, not it is fixed. We are sorry that it took 3 days.As for the price of early check in, we guess there was misunderstanding. We accept cash payments in national currency only. However, when asked about the price, we normally tell our guests the price in dollars, because quite often our guests come from other countries and are confused by the price in BYN. As our colleagues from reception say, the misunderstanding took place because of the currency confusion. However, we provided you a free check in as a compliment.As for the taxi, we believe that it reflects our reputation so we only order services of a licenced taxi service. It is more expensive than some others, but we can expect that it is safe for our guests. We would like to apologize for the inconveniences the aforementioned situations may have caused, we appreciate you taking the time to share your comments with us. We know you have many choices when it comes to lodging and we hope you will continue to choose Crowne Plaza for your future travel needs,Sincerely yours,

This hotel is ok but definitely not a 5 star. I had to change my room because it was not clean. It has central location and have meeting facilities. Hotel staff is rather frendly and helpful.

Great staff, dated hotel.
The hotel is nice, but it is definitely dated. It could use an update and cleaning. For some reason, the nightstand between the twin beds was moved to the window, leaving huge scratch marks across the floor. The TV hums loudly when on (so I never used it -- not that big of a deal). FYI you can only use the heat in the winter and A/C in the summer. So even though it was hot in the room, the only option is to have the heat on or no climate control. The hotel is attached to a casino/club so the noise level is high on a Friday/Saturday. Also the doors have a gap at the bottom, so you hear whats happening in the halls. I slept with noise cancelling headphones Friday/Saturday nights. The staff are FANTASTIC. Very friendly, fluent in English, helpful. Wifi was good: fast and reliable. I frequently was able to stream TV episodes and download episodes to my phone.

My favorite hotel in Minsk
Great facilities. This hotel has everything you might need and the location is great with just a few min walking distance to to the central station, malls and the best restaurants of Minsk. Food har improved lately but can still be better.

Great hotel terrible food
Elegant East European style hotel in the centre of beautiful Minsk. Friendly and service minded staff. All facilities you can expect from a big 5-star hotel. Room cleaning could be better and you could really hear your neighbors through the walls and doors. The only unacceptable thing was the food. Me and my colleagues tried several dishes on the menu but none of them was eatable. I even got sick from the carbonara the first night. The only salvation was the boring Mc Donalds and KFC at the central station. This is not a Minsk problem, this is a Crowne Plaza problem. I had really good and tasty food at different restaurants in Minsk before. If the food would improve, this would be my favorite Hotel.

Otel fiyat kalite dengesine göre çok pahalı. odalarda sabun yok. Lig tv var diye gittim, FB-Milano basket maçında yayın yoktu. Teknik servis yok. Türk personelinin güleryüzü dışında hiç bir artısı yoktu. Kendine ait gece kulubü olduğu için tercih ettim, klubün müşteri kitlesi kötü.
