“The worst hotel that I ever stay , no service no quality, no one even help when I need anything in the room and u need to walk to ground floor but the staff service is bad too ,the room without tv, window … even some basic equipment also no if u enjoy no fresh air please feel free to stay”

“We had an amazing honeymoon at Stella Island! The property was absolutely stunning, the service was amazing, and the staff went above and beyond! The food was also amazing especially at Isla and La Parilla.”

“酒店不論大堂及房間很整潔，職員有禮亦主動協助。 唯兩個垃桶均未有套用垃圾袋，清潔員工在退房後相信需要較多時間清理。建議最少洗手間的垃圾桶套用垃圾袋為佳。”

“Good business hotel. One of the tallest spot of Paris and the view is amazing even if it is not facing the Eiffel Tower.”

“The hotel is located just 5-10 mins away from Gare de Nord metro. There's basic coffee/tea machine in the reception tho it looks dull and old. The receptionist Marcus is welcoming which is good. Our room is on the 2nd floor with a view of the road. The room is decent size and comes with a kitchenette, with kitchen utensils.fridge/freezer .quite a few shops nearby which is handy.and bus stops It could be noisy at night due to nearby bars.”

“The room was a bit crowded for 3 adults with large bags, so keep that in mind. However, it was warm and cozy for December. Great location near the Metro supermarket and shopping area. Highly recommended for smaller groups!”
