Hi, I propose you in Villa 1 apartment **** upper floor, consisting of two bedrooms, large living room, large kitchen and bathroom, with air conditioning. Small residential park, private parking and free WI-FI. The beach is 50 meters from the Villa. On the beach in three minutes, restaurants and entertainment venues in the immediate vicinity, adjacent to the promenade, but at the same time in a quiet, private and shaded position, thanks to the marine pines of the private park that frame the area. 15 minutes away from Formia, 20 minutes from Gaeta, 35 minutes A1 exit Cassino and Abbey of Montecassino, 85 km Rome-Fiumicino, 60 km. Naples, easily reachable also by train. Nearby Monuments of great interest.

Ruhige und entspannte Lage im sehr gepflegtem Ferienhaus. Nur wenige Meter vom Meer entfernt, Bäcker direkt um die Ecke! Überaus freundliche Gastgeber!

Super tolle Wohnung ein paar Schritte vom Meer

Die kleine Wohnung ist tiptop sauber und schön eingerichtet! Wir, zwei Erwachsene und drei Kinder, haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Klar, es müssen sich alle ein wenig zusammentun, Kinder in einem Zimmer, doch würden wir sofort wieder gehen. Unsere Kinder haben die Bäckerei um die Ecke geliebt, wo es immer frische süsse Gebäcke gab. Auch das herrlich saubere Meer ein paar Schritte empfernt, war super! Wir haben noch nie ein so schönes klares Meer erlebt. (und fahren schon viele Jahre ans Meer) Die Vermieterin ist sehr hilfsbereit, unkompliziert und gastfreundlich! Wir haben uns von der ersten Minute sehr gut augehoben und wie zu Hause gefühlt. Sehr empfehlenswertes Feriendomizil!!!! Wir empfehlen es sehr gerne weiter! Familie Maciariello

Una serena vacanza al mare !

Ho passato 15 giorni in relax .Ottima ubicazione vicino al mare con appartamento a piano terra con tutto il necessario per passare una tranquilla vacanza. Comoda con parcheggio interno .Ideale per famiglie con i bambini che possono stare tranquillamente fuori dall'appartamento. La signora Daniela è sempre disponibile per ogni eventuale problema. Fabio

ilôt tranquille

petit appartement en rez de chaussée avec une chambre,de couleur sympa et très propre. le petit plus:la terrasse et le parassol où en fin de journée,il fait bon se relaxer.... dans cette maison,il y a trois autres appartements le tout bien entouré avec de la verdure,un emplacement pour chacun pour garer la voiture et s'il y a des enfants,ils peuvent jouer dans la propriété sans danger.la mer est juste à côté une fois la route traversée,pour les amateurs de plage c'est intéressant. à 100 mètres vous pouvez vous procurer du pain frais tous les matins et dans le quartier,il y a un petit restaurant le far West en bord de mer où les pizzas sont copieuses,bonnes et pas chères!!! ce gîte est intéressant pas rapport à sa situation géographique,vous êtes à 137 kms de Rome et 80 kms de Naples;à la gare de Minturno-scauri vous pouvez rejoindre Rome pour 17 euro 20 l'aller -retour et 9 euro 20 pour aller-retour Naples;de plus à la gare,il y a un grand parking pour garer votre véhicule pour 6 euro la journée. Vous êtes aussi pas loin de Monte Cassino(très belle abbaye),le magnifique petit village de Sperlonga,la ville de Gaëta,les grottes de Pastena etc..... Cette région offre une très grande diversité de fruits et légumes beaucoup moins chers que chez nous. La propriétaire Danièla est sympa et son compagnon parle le français.
