“The place was clean and tidy. The airport shuttle service was good; they even stopped by the bank for me before heading to the airport. The staff were very nice and helpful. They replied to messages promptly.
They also provided hot breakfast with different choices.
Just one bad thing, the shower water was cold.”

2nd. day, staff asked us again to pay breakfast and we insist don't pay, it's problem between NH and Hotel.com. Then, few hours later, they apologized for this mistake, everything was solved. 3rd. day when we check out, NH……

“We were so happy with our one night stay at Ikala Quito. They organized a pick up for us at the airport and were very prompt with their communication in regard to organizing it for us. We were also provided with a free glass of wine with our dinner as part of our Expedia VIP status which was delightful. Mattress was very comfortable and we were upgraded to a king sized bed too. Very modern inside with lots of communal seating area that were tastefully decorated. Wish we were able to spend a……
