Our family had a great time at this resort. It’s a great family resort and has activities everyday for the kids to do! The beach is not overcrowded and pool has fun bar/restaurant. The condo itself was simple, quiet and had everything we needed. The beds, bedding, and couch needed updating. We definitely would stay again!

Me and my wife celebrated her birthday at this condo and it was fantastic. We did have our 14 month old daughter with us. Just a few minor things that I didn't like was that my daughter could open the door to the balcony for the amazing view. The balcony door would not stay locked besides that I would definitely stay here again. The guest bathtub did take a while to drain but like i said this was minor. The resort was very quiet when we went (February) which we loved. Parking was not an issue and we loved the carts they had for you to carry your luggage/groceries into your room. This is definitely a fabulous stay. Also all the tenants who stay on the property are very nice retired people. Meeting and talking to them definitely motivated me to keep maxing out my retirement so I can retire and stay at a community like this. This is definitely a 5 star hek i would give it 10 stars!!

Lovely decorated condo with ample space. Very clean and well stocked with plenty of towels. Loved the view of beach and sand dunes. Easy access to beach and relaxing quiet pool area. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed for 13 nights and the unit generally was very good. Cleanliness for me is paramount and I felt at ease here. The online pictures match what’s in the unit. The amenities provided in the kitchen, wash area etc were good. Grocery stores were in close proximity. My only drawback is the furniture. The living room pieces are worn, mismatched and uncomfortable after sitting for a while. The twin beds are a complete disaster. They squeak with every moment. The king size bed was bare minimum ok. I would have given my stay an all around 5, but for the furniture. All in all, it was a good stay.

Our stay was exactly what we wanted. Everything was clean, comfortable, and secure. Wonderful views of the ocean and the nature preserve. The condo had an ample amount of cookware. Beds were comfortable. Water pressure and temperature couldn’t have been better. Loved having a cart for luggage and a shopping cart for groceries. This made bringing our belongings in much easier.. great idea by the Condo. Overall, very pleased.We are already planning our next trip back.

Check in was not the easiest and took a few hours and there are only 2 elevators for the entire building and one was usually broken but if you get past the condo is beautiful! Great location, clean and amazing view!

We loved this place, location and access to food and beverage. It’s exactly how it’s described and pics shown. Only draw back is they were doing construction and painting so it was noisy. We were not told this was taking place. Would love to rent again. ❤️ We had one housekeeping problem, they responded hopefully it’s taken care for future tenants.

We loved our stay here. The condo was great. It was clean, great furniture. Kitchen had all we needed (we didn't cook much). Just an FYI - There's a closet in the unit with some beach items. A couple of chairs and an umbrella and a few beach toys. We didn't use them because we brought our own, but it's nice to know if you don't want to haul your stuff. Topsl is a great family option because of the on site restaurant...we ate there a bunch!

We had a wonderful week’s stay in Miramar Beach with the ocean and view of the dunes! Glitch with the tv’s, needed help getting to regular channels in living room, sm bedroom tv not able to get working by staff. Loved great access to everything, warm pool, hot tub, grocery store close! We saw a couple of those teensy ants in kitchen, and we set up the nice umbrella from the closet, only to be told we couldn’t use that kind on the beach! Ugh! We laughed and had a pina colada from the restaurant! Thank you!!!

Pros Place was clean, location is nice, close to the beach, good view from balcony, full size washer and dryer. Cons Phone jack was disconnected and just hanging out of the wall 1 of the 2 elevators was broken the entire stay Email said they would have a trash liners and they didnt, so we called and left a message that never got returned Biggest one, because there was no indication of this... TENTS ARE NOT ALLOWED. This was fun to find out when we brought our 8 month old down to the beach. There HOA doesnt allow you to put up any type of tent or canopy.
