The fully stocked kitchen features lovely granite, stainless appliances, white cabinets, and generous counter space. The master suite is beautifully furnished with a king bed, HDTV, and a spacious bath with double granite vanity tops, updated cabinets, a spacious tiled shower and soaking tub. The second bedroom offers two full beds with access to an updated second bath that opens to the hallway for convenience. Expansive sliding glass doors open from the living area to a large, well-furnished balcony with amazing gulf views. For your convenience, there is a stackable washer/dryer, and WIFI is complimentary. Our rental does not include access to the Tops'l Fitness Club and Tennis.

Tops'l Resort offers over fifty acres of lush landscaping with approximately 600 feet of private beach. It features world class tennis courts, two restaurants and swimming pools (seasonally heated).

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.
