THE NEXT LEVEL OF LUXURY! Enjoy superb views of the pristine white sandy beach from this seventh floor condo. The unsurpassed views and top-notch accommodations of this beautifully updated condo make this the right choice for you! Our living area is open and spacious, and offers cushy seating for everyone. The fully stocked kitchen features lovely granite, stainless appliances, white cabinets, and generous counter space. The master suite is beautifully furnished with a king bed, HDTV, and a spacious bath with double granite vanity tops, updated cabinets, a spacious tiled shower and soaking tub. The second bedroom offers two full beds with access to an updated second bath that opens to the hallway for convenience. Expansive sliding glass doors open from the living area to a large, well-furnished balcony with amazing gulf views. For your convenience, there is a stackable washer/dryer, and WIFI is complimentary. Our rental does not include access to the Tops'l Fitness Club and Tennis.

Tops'l Resort offers over fifty acres of lush landscaping with approximately 600 feet of private beach. It features world class tennis courts, two restaurants and swimming pools (seasonally heated).

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.

NOTE: The total reservation cost includes the nightly rate, clean fee, damage waiver, processing fee and tax. By requesting a quote for this property, you agree to be added to our email subscription list.

This is our second year in this unit and we LOVE it!!!! Feels just like home. Super cozy and we love the view! Great for people watching as you can see both the pool and the ocean! Many hours spent in the rocking chairs on the balcony! Highly recommend as long as you don’t steal OUR week!

Wonderful Condo!

This is our second time staying in this condo at Tides. We love everything about it! Excellent view of the gulf, the condo is so pretty, clean and has everything you need to be comfortable and happy. We highly recommend this condo to anyone coming to the Miramar/Destin area!

Absolutely loved this condo! Wonderful view, beautiful decor and loved the ocean view from the bedroom. Our family absolutely loved this trip and the gorgeous condo. The only thing was I would have liked to know ahead of time is to purchase extra toilet paper and extra paper towels before arrival. Obviously they provided some, but I would have preferred to pack that rather than run out to the store. Other than that small inconvenience, the stay was wonderful. Comfortable beds, gorgeous condo. Super easy check in and check out process. Will definitely come back!

The Best Getaway

This was our first time staying at Tides at Tops’l and it will not be our last! The condo was so nice, spacious, and had the best view of the beach. We loved the beach chair service, the pools were SO nice especially for our young daughter, and it wasn’t crowded at all! The area was wonderful because it was close to Destin where all our favorite restaurants and shopping are, but still felt “secluded” and less busy. We’ve been coming to the Emerald Coast for 11 years and we’ll definitely be coming back to Tops’l in Miramar Beach!

Beautiful Condo

This condo is absolutely beautiful. The artwork amazed my 5yr old granddaughter. The master bathroom shower was also something we all enjoyed and plan to renovate ours just like it. The kitchen is the best stocked condo kitchen I’ve ever stayed in. Everything you need to cook a nice dinner. We will definitely rebook this condo in the future.

Miramar Memories

My husband and I absolutely loved this place. Perfect views of the ocean and pools. The place was so beautifully decorated and clean. We couldn't have found a better place. It had everything we were looking for. The beach was amazing and the water was crystal clear. We also enjoyed the miniature golf and the other amenities. This place was close to many restaurants and shops. We can't wait to go back. Absolutely stay here. You will not be disappointed. Everything was perfect!

Miramar beach vacation

This property was one of the best I’ve ever been to in Miramar and I’ve been visiting this beach for a number of years. It was clean, beautifully decorated and beds were super comfortable. The kitchen had everything you would need to fix food there and all appliances were updated and working! The only thing I wish was included for the price and where it’s located is the complimentary chairs and umbrella on the beach that a lot of less expensive rentals have included in their price. Other than that I would highly recommend this rental!!

Spacious Unit. Love the Kitchen.

We enjoyed our stay! This is our first year staying in this unit. We enjoyed the spacious kitchen and spacious balcony. The unit is nicely decorated and clean. The beds are comfortable. The Tops'l pool area was clean and nice. The water was cool. We enjoyed our time in this unit and would stay again. A few things to note: The elevator is a little far. We took the stairs down and sometimes up if we didn't have a lot of beach stuff to carry. This unit sits behind The Beach Manor building. The view is still beautiful, but limited. We were disappointed in the maintanence of the Tops'l MAIN pool/bar area. The pool deck was not cleaned daily. The chairs were not organized. The pool was not clean. There were water bottles and debris in the pool each morning. We called but nothing was done. Maybe next year.

Annual Sisters Trip

The Tides at Tops'l is conveniently located to anything you would want to do while at the beach. My three sisters and I have stayed at this facility for a second year and we love it. The water here is spectacular. The pool and poolside grill are convenient to the beach and the units and we enjoy hanging out there a lot of the time. We have plenty of space in a 2 bedroom unit as well as comfortable seating and bedding. High recommend.
