Beach stay

Wonderful time! Very short walk to the beach which is our focus with 5 small kids. Loved the free beach services. Just wish the washer/dryer were bigger. I was constantly washing bathroom towels.

Great on the beach condo

Location was great and property manager was very good at responding in a timely manner. Parking was a small issue as we had 2 families traveling in 2 vehicles and the listing did not state that you were only allowed one spot per condo. Overall our stay was great.

Great vacation

The past 30 years we've been staying in Gulf Shores at a family condo. It was sold so we had to look elsewhere and found Miramar Beach. Jan was extremely helpful when we arrived an hour early and the place was perfect for my daughter and I. Loved the condo, view and the people at the Beach House. Property was immaculate and the beach was beautiful. We will be back!

Beach House Stay

We have stayed at this property several times, we love it in Miramar. The condo was perfect for us and the location is great, beach service was a great perk, too. We were disappointed with the master bath sink drainage (super slow). The patio furniture should be replaced, it was clearly old but also very uncomfortable and left a lot to be desired.

Love the Beach House!

Second time staying at the Beach House and we'll definitely be back again soon. Fantastic location. Condo came as advertised, was clean and well stocked with the things you need. Right on the beach, so awesome views! We had a great stay.

This condo was perfect for our family! We loved the proximity to the beach. The view from the condo was amazing. The beach service was so nice. It is close to restaurants and local shopping. Jan was attentive and responsive to our needs and addressed anything we needed. We would definitely rent again.

It was absolutely perfect, from the convenient location to the beautiful view of the ocean.

I drive from Houston, TX at least once a year to come back to this condo. We have stayed in several different units through the years. Some are more updated and some have added extras that are helpful. But we've never been disappointed. The web site lets you look at each condo. This way you know exactly what to expect from the unit you choose. We are just happy to get to come and experience this slice of heaven. The condo is well set directly on the beach. The views are just breathtaking. We love it here. It's a great atmosphere. The town offers so many restaurants and things to do. Condo D603 is at the top and has full unobstructed views of the coast. If you have kids you might want to consider a ground level floor. You can open your patio and walk down some stairs and you're on the beach. They have convenient elevators and carts available to load and unload all of your stuff. You can park right in front of your unit. The pool is heated and overlooks the ocean. I can't say enough wonderful things about this place.

Ideal location with Gorgeous Views!

Perfect location right on gorgeous Miramar Beach! Coffee on the balcony every morning listening to the waves was heaven! A couple new chairs and loungers on the balcony would be lovely because we found we wanted to spend more time out there, but the seating options, particularly the chaise lounge (plastic/no cushions), weren't comfortable for any length of time. The condo is on the top floor, so the view is spectacular (especially sunsets)! We were bummed the water was closed for a couple days on the beach because of rip currents, but so happy to have the (heated) pool! We understand from repeat visitors, the water often closes in April. We were very comfortable at the condo and found it so convenient to run up and have lunch or grab a snack from the beach. Really enjoyed the chairs & umbrellas set-up for us on the beach! Don't miss out on Fat Clemenza's if you love Italian food - delicious scratch-made pizza and Italian dishes. Buffalo Jack's for wings and pizza is pretty good, too. When you head out to the main road (US 98) be warned it is VERY congested so it takes much longer than it should to get around by car. There's a Winn Dixie really close to the condo which is easy to get to for groceries by car or on foot. We had a fun and relaxing vacation! The condo check-in / check-out is very simple and Jan is a great host! We would recommend a stay at The Beach House!
