Come enjoy our beautiful beachfront condo at Beachside I in Sandestin. Beachside I is the perfect location for enjoying all Sandestin has to offer. Our condo is located on the ground floor with open views to the lush grounds and sand dunes and peeks of the sparkling gulf behind the sand dunes. The convenient ground floor location provides easy access to the heated pool, hot tub and the boardwalk to the white sands of Sandestin.
*Tram/Shuttle access included for travel around Sandestin during stay.
The living room has a queen sectional sleeper sofa. The living room has a 55" smart TV to enjoy after your day at the beach. The master bedroom offers a king size bed with pillow top mattress, wall mounted 32" smart TV, attached master bathroom with a large shower and a walk in closet. The second bedroom has two twin beds with plush top mattresses, a 32' HDTV, a large closet and a separate bathroom. After a day at the beach, enjoy the convenience of the fully equipped kitchen. The dining room table has lots of room to gather around and make plans for your next day at the beach.
And, don't forget all that Sandestin has to offer. Golf, tennis and bike trails are all available on property. And, The Village at Baytowne Wharf is the perfect spot to enjoy a free concert, dinner at one of the many fine restaurants or just browse through unique shops. For families, there are incredible play areas to explore on Jolee Island, along the Gordon Davison Nature Trail and in The Village at Baytowne Wharf. Come visit Sandestin, and you will be hooked!!!

My husband, our 13 year old, and I loved our stay. It was conveniently located to the pool and beach. I loved that we didnt have to bring our own beach towels and chairs. The owners provided detail check-in and check-out instructions. It was a lovely place to stay. Wonderful amenities in the condo and the whole property. Highly recommend a stay here.

2025 Family Vacation

I felt extremely safe at the condo. Doug & Jennifer answered any questions promptly. The condo was spacious and clean, the amenities were very nice- easy beach access. The only thing negative is that you do have to pay for an umbrella and chairs if you want a front row view of the ocean- they do not come with the stay. But there are chairs, and an umbrella at the condo! We purchased an extra tent and set up each day it was still a fantastic time on a beautiful beach!

Great beach condo

The condo was on the first floor and pretty much as close as you can get to the pool/beach access. Very convenient location within the building, and the condo itself had plenty of space for our family of 3. The Sandestin resort property is very nice, and Miramar Beach is beautiful with white sand and crystal clear water. I’d recommend this property to anyone looking for a weekend getaway at the beach

Perfect spot

This is the perfect spot. Pool and beach are under 1 minute away. It’s on the first floor so there is a back yard for the kids to run around. That area is fully fenced and the pool and beach are gated and require a passcode so it’s perfect for safety of littles. The parking lot is super close as well so the in/out is so easy. Beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, and sand toys included. Truly an effortless vacation spot.

Convenient location

The condo was in great shape and had everything we needed. Enjoyed being able to walk out the porch and walking over to the pool area and beach. Our kids enjoyed having the grassy area right outside to kick the soccer ball around.

Great location and space!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo on the beach in Sandestin. It was very clean and had everything we needed. We loved being so close to the beach and enjoyed the beach chairs they provided. Our kids loved the condo’s pool and hot tub. The beds were very comfortable, and the towels were plush and very new. We’d definitely stay again!

Everything we needed

We couldn’t have asked for a better week over New Years! The location to the pool, hot tub, beach and basketball courts was ideal for our family of energetic kids (ages 10-14). The sunrises and sunsets could be seen through the windows. We walked to nearby fireworks ( long walk) in NYE! It was the sun escape we needed coming from the Midwest. Great place !

Hit with an extra 150 charge

This was our third time booking this condo. We had been loyal to the host, and we love the location. However this time after checkout we were hit with a 150 charge for "excess sand cleanup" and soiled linens. This is disappointing since we took extra care to tidy up before we left, making sure all the beach towels were washed, dried, and folded, hand-washing pots/pans, starting dishwasher, removing all trash to the dumpster, etc. We are a typical family with three small children. We've never been it with a "damage" fee before. I am a host myself, and I rest easier when a small family is staying at my cottage. When we left, the property was very neat and just needed basic housekeeping. The owner may disagree with that assessment. Everyone is entitled to hir or her opinion. However, we cannot return if the owner will be this nit-picky going forward. We will certainly choose another condo in the same building, as it is the perfect location right on the beach with excellent amenities.
