Great location with great views!

Close enough to everything but beach wasn’t crowded. The view was everything we wanted! Included beach service and a free parking pass was great! The only mega is the bed needs a new mattress because there is a dip on one side.

Wonderful location right on the beach, very comfortable stay

Beach view and proximity were amazing. This is an older but very nice complex. Walking distance to a grocery store. Condo was comfortable and very affordable which I truly appreciated. I wish it was mine and I never had to leave.

The View and Location was perfect. Needs little things replaced Icemaker/front room TV. But we didn't really watch TV. Beds were very comfortable even the Sofa Hide a bed. We were There for the ocean.

Beautiful beach views and easy beach access

B205 was a great location, it was nice and clean, and the fridge was cold and has an ice maker. Did not use much in the kitchen so can't comment on that. Bed was comfortable and shower pressure was good. Bedroom needs better window coverings, as the sun came up early and lit up the room. Easy to check in and out of the unit. Would 100% stay here again!!

Perfect spot to stay

This place was very clean, and the gentleman working the front desk was super helpful and accommodating. It was very easy to get to the beach. The only negative thing I experienced was there was not a hair dryer in the unit. In every place I have stayed, there has been one, so I didn't pack one.

View Can't Be Beat!!

Booked this condo for the 2nd time in 2 years because of the view, location and beach service. View of ocean and beach is second to none. Condo can use some updates and TLC. Vacasa was great to respond when we needed a new coffee pot because it was dirty and didn't work after we cleaned it (not a Keuring), and a new skillet and spatula (there wasn't one). I offered to go to Dollar Tree and purchase, but they delivered one that morning. There's only 4 plates and limited utensils, so bring your own if you plan on cooking.

What a wonderful trip! Room was beautifully decorated and smelled fresh and clean upon arrival. Full-sized kitchen had everything we needed. We cooked every meal except one and enjoyed eating in front of the lovely view from our gulf-front balcony. We sat out there each evening til dark as well. Living room furnishings and mattress were soft and comfortable. Immaculately clean except the a/c vent hidden behind the bathroom door was a little dusty. Conveniently located on less busy side of town, though there was plenty of shopping and eating nearby. Conveniently located in the complex on second floor right in front of stairs and only a few steps from the garbage chute. Right around corner from elevator. Elevator noise kinda got annoying after a while especially when people started using it around 5:40 am but it wasn’t a deal-breaker. Check-in and out was easy. Property managers sent texts and emails to keep in touch throughout our stay! Security and staff were nice and helpful. Beach service was included; 2 chairs and an umbrella with our name on it were out out every morning for our use. Beach was beautiful. Would definitely recommend!

Beach House 205B

1. Check in code sent by Vacasa didn’t work. After FINALLY getting a decent Vacasa person in NC, she got us in. 2. After flushing toilet, you have to wait 10-15 min to flush again. 3. Bathroom sink is messed up. 4. Blinds from door on floor behind sofa 5. The Vacasa woman at The Beach House is very RUDE

Amazing

This property was exactly as described in the description. The view was amazing from the bedroom and the back patio and was a simple walk to the beach. Check in and out was easy and the owners did call to. Heck on is the day after our first night stay. Only downside was a couple of not so clean spots in the condo. Generally we do a clean when we stay somewhere else anyways, however, you shouldn’t have to. That was the only downside to this unit was. Would definitely stay here again if we go back to Miramar.

Beach Days are the Best Days!

What an awesome vacation! We really enjoyed our stay. The condo had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. The balcony had a great view of the beach and the location was perfect. We would definitely stay here again.

1 major issue but everything else was comfortable

Unfortunately we arrived to an open door due to a broken door jam. Our first night was wasted on and off the phone attempting to get issue resolved with false promises of getting a call back. Although the door was never fixed, management did compensate our wasted night. Otherwise my favorite features was the great view, very close proximity to the beach, beach service (chairs and umbrella with our name on it), access to bikes, soft bed, and great seafood restaurants.

Nice location on the beach. Good View. Didn't like there was a lock to get on and off the beach, but this is throughout the area. Didn't like there wasn't a Keurig coffee machine. Attention needs to be paid to the details in this condo. Lost of rust around air returns, baseboards need replaced. Holes in the ceilings.

Beautiful views, lovely condo!

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. It is right on the beach and the views were beautiful. You can watch the sunset from the balcony but not the sunrise. I do have a few suggestions to make the safe a bit more comfortable for future guests. In the off season, it would be nice if the condo was provided with two beach chairs and a beach umbrella. The building that rents these is closed in the off season. It would just enhance the experience in this condo. Also, salt and pepper shakers along with a pair of scissors in the kitchen would be appreciated. I was also REALLY surprised to see there was no hairdryer. I borrowed one from a neighbor but I have never been to a VRBO that didn't have a hairdryer in it. Other than these suggestions, we had a wonderful time and would definitely consider comin back.

Would give 5 starts despite water issue

LOVED this condo. Everything was absolutely wonderful. Giving 4 stars because the water in the shower never got even close to warm. It was cool temperature at best. We should have addressed the issue sooner but we thought it might get better. We did put in a maintenance ticket the last day which did not benefit us. Otherwise, the stay was perfect!
