Great stay! Great location

We had an amazing stay at this home. Easy access to the beach and golf cart was a plus. Big enough for our family. The furniture was super comfy. Doors could be repainted. Would book there again.

Great location!

Unit was clean and convenient for the area, right by the pool so its a quick couple steps away. The golf cart makes getting to the beach access and the warf area really easy. Short drive right down the road either direction to stores and restaurants.

Perfect Christmas Getaway

The location is perfect! We walked to the beach and to the other side of the resort for breakfast. My husband was in heaven playing the 3 courses in the resort. The condo is clean and comfy and the view is great! We enjoyed watching the heron, pelicans and ducks in the pond. The golf cart was perfect for driving to the beach to watch the sunset and getting around the resort. Very fun stay!

Great Getaway!

Nice property. Comfortable and well laid out. We did have a few issues, but property management was quick to respond and help us get those solved. Golf cart was a wonderful treat to get to the beach and the kids loved driving all around the resort on it. Would note next time that the exterior light needs to stay on to charge golf cart. Even though it was plugged in, it was not charging overnight so no golf cart for the second day we were there. :(

Great vacation spot!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time in this vacation home! It had everything we needed. It’s super close to the pool so we could run back in the house if we needed anything. The beach area was wonderful, although busy and full of resort chairs. We beat the system by setting up our stuff early in the morning, then coming back for it a little later, or going in the afternoons. Lots of shops and restaurants close by that you can get to in the golf cart. Beds in the house were very comfortable. I slept better there than I do at home! Frogs are a tad loud at night but we had a white noise machine to drown them out. When I got home I missed the frog sounds. Kitchen is very well equipped with dishes and pots and pans to cook meals. Loved the ice and water in the fridge. Made filling up our cups for the beach super easy. My daughter left behind a retainer and it was an easy process to get it shipped back to us. We can’t wait to come back.

This is a great place for a family vacation. Many activities just at the resorts themselves. Easy beach access. The beach itself is overly crowded though is only down side. But all together it was a great place & trip!

Nice getaway and property

We enjoyed our stay and were thankful for the golf cart. The beach was a little further than expected and very crowded for spring break. It was nice to be able to explore the Sandestin beach and golf resort including Baytown Wharf.

Great location, convenient setting

This property was on the beachside, which made it convenient for accessing the stuff to do there, and I could still get back easily to the bay side of the property for meetings. The golf cart was a game changer.

Great Get Away

We enjoyed our stay and absolutely loved the location. It was great that the pool was very close. I feel like there could have been more attention to the cleaning of the property. But the person in the Property Management office was super helpful and got it worked out for us. Overall, a beautiful place!!

Great location

We loved the location. Really nice unit but it could use a little TLC. The electrical outlets in most of the upstairs didn’t work. Loved the proximity to the pool and having the golf cart was very convenient

Comfortable, great location, not so great wifi.

2 BR, 2.5 bathrooms located next to pool and small lake. Close to beach parking for Sandestin. Short drive to Baytowne shops and restaurants. Beds are comfortable, kitchen satisfactory. Netflix available on TV. Cox Cable wifi/router very slow; unsatisfactory range. Signal drops out in 2nd bedroom. Web pages load slowly even near modem. All things considered, accommodations and location were very good.

Fall Vacation

Location was perfect. Close to the beach and right next to the pool. Unit was great for our stay but it needs a little TLC. The pint is peeling on several doors, transition strip was broken going into the master bathroom. The patio door was almost impossible to slide (I attempted to adjust the rollers), and the master bathroom tub drain was clogged with hair (I cleared the clog). We would definitely come back again even with these issues.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been coming to Sandestin for years and decided to rent a villa this year. We loved the location and convenience. The golf cart worked perfectly. The downstairs was clean and updated - very pleasant! The upstairs needs some minor maintenance; such as, touch-up paint, a deep clean and master shower drain. That is the reason for the four stars. We would stay at this villa again.

This condo was ok, not great, but ok. Pros: Property Management Company was very easy to work with. They over communicated and were always quick to respond. The condo was fully stocked with anything we needed. Great location with close access to the beach and pool. Cons: The condo was very outdated and needed some TLC. There were many chipped areas on the walls, missing molding, doors that looked liked animals clawed through, small holes in the walls and popcorn ceiling missing and stained in places. It was clean, just very well “lived” in. The golf cart light bulbs were out during our stay so we were unable to drive it at night which was disappointing. Pro but con too… the condo was very clean. We had zero issues with the level of cleaning. However, whatever product used in the fridge to clean was too strong. The smell in the fridge was strong when you opened it and it made all our food and drinks taste weird. The ice and water had the same weird taste. Glad it was cleaned, just too much product in a closed in space. Over all, I rated it 3.0. Not terrible but not great either.
