Great Condo!

We really enjoyed this condo. The outdoor area was amazing! There was plenty of space for everyone. I also loved the fact that there was so many towels in the condo. The manager, My Vacation Haven, was amazing! Every issue we had was attended to immediately. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great place

This place is right in Baytowne Wharf. You can literally walk down the stairs into the heart of the town. The condo is exactly as described. The pool and hot tub are nice. The fitness facility is fine, but most of the equipment is in poor condition or very old and in need of replacement. You get a garage code to park in the private garage which is great because Baytowne is very crowded in the evenings. Our family enjoyed our stay here.

Great Condo, Great Location!

The condo itself was absolutely fantastic! Cute decor, great, layout, and good size balcony. The condo was spacious, very clean, and everything was in great working order. We absolutely loved it!! The location of the condo right on the wharf is amazing! It works out great for my family that everything on the wharf is completely walkable. Will definitely stay here again, anytime!

The condo was just as the pictures showed and was perfect for our family of 8! We could have not been in a better location, there was so much to do in the area! We had a small hiccup getting our door code at check in but it was taken care of quickly with excellent customer service. We will definitely be coming back again!

Everything was absolutely amazing! This was the best vacation we’ve EVER taken. My only issue was finding the door once parking in the garage, and finding a parking spot in the evening. Our rooms were on point, we really didn’t have to leave the property bc there’s so many options that are close. Highly recommend and will be back for sure!

Upon arrival the master bed room door was locked. The AC didn’t work correctly the first 1 1/2. There were burnt out lightbulbs. The fridge had no light. The outlets were so loose they wouldn’t hold plugs to charge phones. The AC guy was out twice. Finally the last night the AC worked

The Wash/dryer was in good shape. Everything about the unit(s) themselves was great. Location - perfect.. Only negative I have is directions and finding the place upon first arrival. I had the address and waze took me right there (perfect)... But I didn't realize it was literally right at Baytowne, private parking garage right there.... Also didn't realize it was in the Pilot House.. So when I came to the gate up front - they had no clue where I was going and literally sent me on a goose chase and I almost got into an argument with them!!!! I would suggest to highlight in the details provided that the units are in Pilot House... That the parking garage is the private garage at Baytowne... That would have been great info to have... Even when we called the number for help - they had no clue where to really tell us to go!!!!
