Loved it

Enjoyed our stay. The resort style pool was fabulous. However, there are 2 tvs but only 1 remote. There were only 2 forks in the condo. Overall we would definitely go back.

Loved the cleanliness and views! The handle to the door to the balcony from the main living area was broken and so was the microwave but it didn’t hamper our enjoyment of the views, pool, or beach!!

Beautiful location

The home was lovely and the big windows were great. Some minor issues with stains and stuff in curtains. But aside from that we truly enjoyed our trip and were so happy with how close to the beach we were. Hopefully those other issues get fixed. Lovely vacation

Loved the Luau

The resort is huge and very nice. Enjoyed the Hawaiian music at the beautiful pool area. Short walk to beach and restaurant/bar. Tram stop at the sidewalk takes you anywhere on the property. Lots of fun at the Baytown village with music, night club, restaurants and shops. Fully equipped kitchen with even a corkscrew, but only had two forks. Sent a text message regarding this and was told to look in the kitchen. Well yeah we did and found no additional forks. The unit is very nice but looked as if in mid remodel with lots of wall anchors exposed, some patching but not yet repainted. Still nice and we didn’t need the missing hooks or pictures. The bathtub is high and there are no safety bars. Had to be very careful getting in and out. I would stay there again.

This is our second stay at this condo. Beautiful view. Very unfortunate that the balcony was unavailable for our due to construction. Pillows were extremely uncomfortable and very old and worn out. Really needs to be replaced.

Great stay with slight hiccup at the start.

Overall the stay was wonderful. Short 2-4 minute walk to the beach. Great pool on property. At check in we were not provided with all of the codes needed to enter the property so that was a little of a sour start but after that everything was wonderful.

Luau

The unit was very clean with plenty of bath towels and wash clothes and full size body wash, shampoo and conditioner on the wall in the tub/shower. Unit is a little outdated with ceramic tile counter tops and some not so great drywall repairs and paint but it was comfortable. Didn’t do any cooking so don’t know about cookware or how good appliances worked. Location was great. The walk to the beach is not bad other than the steps at the pool area but you can take other routes that are inclines if you have a wagon. Pool was very nice and clean. The grounds at Sandestin are beautiful. I spent an hour one morning just driving through. Too hot end of July for this old lady to ride bikes or walk and we didn’t have access to a golf cart. Make sure to eat at Tuscany! Wonderful service and food! Also make sure to check out the section across the highway and visit the ward in Baytowne.

Everything was very good for the most part. There were a few missing kitchen items and no pool wrist bands or tram pass but we did call and get the wrist bands/tram pass a couple days into our stay once we discovered they were needed.

Adequate

The property is well situated within the Bay side of Sandestin Resort. The large balcony was appealing before we rented, but it only overlooks a large parking lot that contains three loud and enormous A/C units that ran continuously. Further, there was only a small table on the balcony but no chairs at all (unless we took the upholstered dining room chairs outside to sit). Overall a disappointing experience, but could be easily improved with a few fixes.

VIEWS! VIEWS! VIEWS! This condo has floor to ceiling windows, which offer stunning views day and night. The ice maker was FANTASTIC, it pumped out ice for drinks, water bottles, coolers ... Walk to the beach is fairly short, but with a set of stairs, which I mention because I have problems with stairs. The beach itself is beautiful, but covered in chairs they want to rent to you, with very little left for your own spot in the sun. The pool was great, nice to have the snack bar available. Walls are thin, we had some noisy neighbors.

Wonderful stay!

My daughter and I stayed here last weekend. Upon entering the condo, we noticed how clean and well kept the condo was complete with all the amenities. Also, the layout was perfect with the kitchen, dining, & living room in the middle and a bedroom / bathroom on each side. The wrap around balcony gave us a wonderful view of east Miramar and a small snippet of the beach. We weren't there long enough to explore the actual building but did pass the gorgeous swimming pool which is nicely landscaped. The pathway to the beach was easy; however we found only stairs leading from the condo onto the pathway which was difficult since we were pulling a wagon loaded down with beach accessories. A ramp would have been useful unless there is one already and we just didn't see it. Overall, we wish we could have stayed another night or two. I'd most definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Nice room with short walk to beach

The lock to the door going out to the balcony is still broken. The door won't lock at all. I understand this is a 9th floor room and unlikely anyone can get into the room from the balcony. But as a single mom with a small child, this was not safe. I see a few complaints about this same thing in reviews going back to at least mid 2024. I kept a chair under the door handle so I felt safer. But this NEEDS to be fixed. The washing machine was EXTREMELY LOUD. It sounded like a helicopter flying in the room. It worked well, but was insanely loud and sounds like it is banging around. I felt bad for any neighbors next door or below us as we washed clothes as I know this had to be annoying even to them. Otherwise, the room was pretty clean. The mattress was very comfortable. The balcony was nice. It was nice to have that wraparound balcony and all the views. The pool was nice, large and a lot of fun for my daughter. It's an easy, short walk to the beach. Thr beach is SUPER CROWDED. I did not expect that as I've never been to this beach before. I prefer a much more private beach. However the water was GORGEOUS and super clear the whole time we were there.
