Had a very good stay!

The condo worked great for our family of 3! Very spacious and quite beautiful. The owners clearly made renovations on the main areas a renter would notice while leaving some other items pretty untouched. With that said, it’s a great unit that we enjoyed throughly. The owner was incredibly quick to respond to messages which was very helpful. My daughter loved the putt putt on site and the pools were very enjoyable.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I had a great vacation. The condo was very clean. It's not a deal breaker, but it would be nice if there was a dresser in the extra bedroom to put your clothes. That's not a complaint, just a suggestion.

Nice view and location

Very nice view from the balcony, contemporary furnishings, clean and fancy. Check in was very last moment which was son what strange and inconvenient. Could not use the closet in the second bedroom since it was full of stuff. Overall stay was very pleasant.

Beach Vacay

We love Tops’l and have stayed at Beach Manor, The Tides, and the Summit multiple times. The resort is situated near a nature preserve, so you can avoid the crowds. This unit was nicely decorated and well maintained. It was spotless upon entry. Everything needed for a week with family was readily available. We look forward to visiting again.
