You've just found what you're looking for here in this beautiful Sandestin villa complete with its own private deck and water on both sides along the 7th hole of The Links Golf Course! This beautifully appointed home has an open floor plan with picturesque views to awaken your mind and spirit! Step outside onto the spacious deck and catch some Great Bass and Brim.
    This home is located in the quiet, relaxing Fairways community on the bay side of Sandestin and has a true neighborhood feel. Take a walk, bike or jog around the lakes and bay, and remember there is a tunnel under Highway 98 that takes you straight to the beach. You could spend your entire vacation in Sandestin. It offers everything you need for a memorable vacation-four award-winning golf courses, numerous neighborhood pools, abundant dining and shopping, spa services and more. Or take advantage of everything nearby Destin or 30-A has to offer. Take a dip in the New heated Audubon Pool at the entrance of Fairways.

Amazing property! The host was extremely supportive and easy to work with. The property was clean, well-stocked with just about anything you might need, and exactly as listed. We will definitely be returning here again next year!

This was a wonderful place to stay! We really enjoyed our stay here! The golf cart was a huge bonus! We have 2 young boys and they enjoyed sitting outside and watching the ducks and the turtles!

We were down on a golf outing. The condo was updated and clean. Great layout inside, very spacious. The two main bedrooms were also very spacious as well. The outside deck area is a real bonus, great views of the bay, golf course, and lagoon. Great area for evening cocktails.End unit with plenty of parking and a six seater golf cart.

Wonderful vacation

It was a really nice place to stay and get away.. my kids absolutely loved waking up everyone morning to the ducks and fishing off the dock. It had everything we needed to go to the beach and chill.. Definitely was a nice relaxing stay!!

The location was great. Having the dock on the back porch was great for fishing. We really enjoyed our stay. Just wish we could have figured out how to get the internet to work!

In town for a trade show, and this house was perfect. Golf cart made it easy to get to Baytown. The dock was nice to come back to and relax. Property was well kept.

Summer family vacation

There we 7 of us with 3 kids under 6. The house was wonderful and the bunk room was perfect for the kiddos. Our 2 year old slept great on the bottom bunk with a bed gate we brought. The back porch was lovely with lots of turtle and duck visitors. We had a wonderful kickoff to summer vacation!

Beautiful views and clean

The home was perfect for 4 adults. Home was clean and was easy to locate if you know the area. It had basics needed and plenty of bath towels but they do need to add a couple more kitchen towels for the number of people it sleeps, had 2 towels and 1 dish cloth. Beds were comfy and so was the living room furniture. The views from the living room and kitchen were beautiful at sunset.

Outside delight and privacy

Wonderful feeling of the outside on deck and in yard. Natural wildlife including turtles,ducks, and bird varieties. Interesting view of golf course fairway. Invited sisters who are retired one week and son and three year old grandson the next week. Perfect weather! Enjoyed beach and heated pools daily. A few items were not supplied like a corkscrew to open wine, umbrella for outside table, and beach towels.

This was an excellent place for a relaxing family vacation! The golf cart made it incredibly easy to get around the resort—from the pools to the beach and even the evening entertainment. There was also a pool within walking distance, which was a nice bonus.Our six kids absolutely loved having their own bunk beds, each with a personal light and outlet. The bathrooms were very nice, and the space was just right for our family of eight—comfortable without feeling cramped.One of the highlights was the private dock, where the kids enjoyed watching ducks and turtles (they even named them all!). We also saw others fishing right off the dock, which added to the fun atmosphere.Since this unit was on the end, it only shared one wall, making it easy to walk from the front to the back of the property without going inside. We also really appreciated having an outdoor grill for family dinners.The amenities included in the resort were great. Included with the unit, two bicycles could be rented daily. More were also available for an extra fee (including bike trailers and infant seats) . There were also paddle boards that could be rented for a for an extra fee. Tennis courts could be reserved for an additional fee. And even a night bonfire could be rented as well.Any small issues we had were addressed immediately by the management company, who were easy to reach and very responsive.We would absolutely stay here again!

Fantastic Spring Break Getaway!

We’ve traveled to SanDestin once before and loved it, so had to stay on the resort property again. This time we stayed on the Linkside vs Baytowne side and it truly couldn’t have been a better location! Great yard space for the kids to play, so quiet without feeling congested as on the other side of the resort, great fishing on the property, and beautiful view! The condo was exactly as pictured, with plenty of space for 9! Property management was fantastic, and super friendly and prompt. Only downside to this property are the mattresses are definitely due to be replaced, and the starter amenities are only sufficient for a day, so make sure to bring your own toilet paper, trash bags, etc. Overall we loved this property and can’t wait to return!
