Family Time on the Beach

Family Spring Vacation

Amazing stay! This property was so spacious and had everything we could need, even a beach umbrella. We had 5 adults in the property with plenty of space to move around. We used the huge kitchen every day and spread out at the dinning table for a fun game night. We will definitely be back!

Spring break

First time to the area for spring break and we loved our visit. The property was advertised accurately. It had everything we needed for the week, located a short walk to the beach and was clean apon arrival. The check in process, payment and communication was easy. The property was just as advertised. If you grill, need grilling utensils, but other than that. Checkin and out was a breeze and walking to beach was close and not hard to get to. Would definitely recommend.

Nice place by the ocean

We enjoyed our stay here as a family of 5. Condo overlooks the pool, was mostly quiet and clean, and had everything we needed. Loved the closeness to the beach, and that it was just outside the craziness of Destin. Would stay again.

Fabulous location and very nicely decorated and stocked!

Easy peasy check in and out process! We pretty much just showered and slept there! Without a doubt, this place had the most comfortable beds and furniture ever! The owners definitely care that you have a great experience! Highly recommended based on amenities, decor, location, and ease of checking in and out!!!!

Great place. Just what we needed.

Our stay was wonderful. RealJoy was responsive. We had a doorknob break, and they replaced it within hours. We have young kids, so the walk to the beach, though only 5 minutes, was a little rough. We visited in late March, so the pool being frigid was also a little disappointing. Overall, we would recommend.

Miramar beach trip

We rented this unit for 5 nights. Everything was clean and fresh. Plenty of dishes and pots and pans. There was no noise from the other units and road noise was minimal. It looked exactly like the pictures and we would stay here again. The only that we think that needs to be changed is the bottom of the stairs. The landing blends in with the floor and you will miss the step when going down if you are not careful. A small rug there might help people remember to step down,

Property was not as clean as expected. Our feet were black when we went barefoot. Hair in shower and bedroom drawers. Parking was very tight. But location was easy to walk to beach and drive to restaurants. Condo was decorated up to date and cute. Needed wine glasses but had everything else we needed.

Miramar Relaxation

The condo was very well stocked and had plenty of room for our group. The pool was nice and the location was close to the beach and shopping. Enjoyed hanging around the pool and sipping coffee on the back patio. Highly recommend!

GREAT CONDO IN AMAZING LOCATION

The condo was beautiful! It had everything we needed and more! A quick walk to the beach, and it had everything you needed so you don't need to pack beach stuff! 6 beach chairs, 2 coolers, a beach cart, umbrella, sand toys, towels...this condo has all of that ready to go! The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to have a few meals at home. The property manager Bill was very helpful! The pool was nice to go relax in after a long day. I recommend McGuires Pub, The Donut Hole, and the Back Porch. We will definitely stay here again!

Property Manager was unprofessional

He lives across the hall from the unit and came into the unit multiple times without knocking while girls were inside (visiting). The unit was very nice and a good location. We had a great time but the property manager made us very uncomfortable and no one should be allowed to enter the unit while we are staying there.

Can’t Beat the Location!

With a two minute walk to the beach & Pompano Joe’s, and less than a mile to Alvins Island Surf Shop, ice cream and coffee, you can’t beat this location! Highway 98 is easily accessible to get to the harbor for water sports and Bay Town Wharf for lots of land fun (shopping, restaurants, golf, arcade, zip line, ropes course, etc). Bill was responsive to all of our questions before our trip and super accommodating to our needs throughout or stay. The kitchen has everything you need to make all of your meals at home, there are a few public charcoal grills outside and Bill had everything we would need for a day at the beach (towels, chairs, umbrella, sand toys, inflatables for pool or beach, caddy/cart, cooler(s)-one small & medium sized) ready for our use which meant less packing! The outdoor pool is spacious and rarely crowded. Overall, we were extremely pleased with this rental and will definitely be back!
