Good being a Ibis. New concept. Quiet a good bathroom. Not very useful and beautiful furnitures. Good bed.

the stay was good overall (nice room, clean and friendly staff) although the breakfast could have been better + the refill of some food platters at the buffet were slow (or none at all) so if you get down late or in a rush for a quick bite before heading off for breakfast you pretty much get what was left. plus i highly recomend you check with them before booking regarding the pool if it was open, we pretty much booked the stay to relax by the pool but it turned out that it was not yet open

Très déçu ce matin au petit déjeuner Une seule personne pour s’occuper de tout ( la pauvre) Elle courait de partout pour compléter le manque ( tasses, croissants, jus d’orange, etc…) Pendant que ces 2 collègues papotaient à l’accueil !!! Hier en arrivant ! Chambre pas prête ( 20 minutes de retard) Ça fait + de 10 fois de je viens chez depuis votre ouverture en mai 2022 et je suis vraiment déçu !

Réceptionniste antipathique

La réceptionniste nous a clairement déçu, l’hôtel était vide mais l’accès a la chambre n’a pas pu se faire avant l’heure d’arrivée nous avons dû payer un supplément pour une heure… le pire était que deux semaines auparavant l’alarme avait sonné en pleine nuit nous forçant à évacuer à 4h du matin, sans dédommagement ou autre. Et la aucune compréhension. Le reste du personnel a été au petit soin y compris les femmes de ménage.
