Our apartment was very modern but the property still has a very historic and, especially, authentic country feel. Very much appreciated the wood stove at that time of year. Only critique was lack of any American TV. While we don't particularly travel to Portugal to watch TV, when we stay in country ...

I stayed at this beautiful place with my daughter and two sisters. We all loved the place. It was so cozy, spacious, and clean. It was also close to restaurants, shops, and the main attraction, the natural park on the Douro river.
