Very good experience. Me and my wife enjoyed staying here. Room layout is very nice and big. Sofa, Study tables, hairdryer, vault, water glass were provided. Big window with good view. Staff were very kind and helpful. Will come back again.

Nice for overnite stay. The room was clean but feels old, need new refurbishment. The staff was alright, maybe need be more friendly with customers even with simple smile. Mall within walking distance.

Ok stay, good food.

The hotel is walking distance to the town centre. Check-in was hassle free. Staff very friendly and informative - please note a tourist tax of RM10/per room/per night charge on top of the cost of the stay which you pay at check-in, so have some cash handy. We stayed in Room 511 for three guests in a standard twin room layout - bathroom to the right as soon as you enter. There is a step going down to the bathroom so be aware of trip hazard. There was also only one hotel toiletry set provided. The room is clean, quite big with adequate space for luggage containing two single beds with an extra fold-out bed. The decor is simple. There was a smell of stale cigarette smoke in the room and wonder whether this floor was previously for smokers now converted to non-smoking floor. The electrical sockets in this room are located on the wall opposite the beds. WiFi strength is erratic depending on where you are in the room. Breakfast was included but for only two guests per room, the third had to pay for theirs. Cafe Rosita located on the ground floor serve really good local dishes and international cuisine. It was an ok stay.

Nice hotel to stay and location, but just a bit trafic jam during the afternoon during off school time. Reception staff was friendly. Will come back again if the room rate is still remains. Room very comfortable and great. Very clean too.

The feedback I have for this trip are as follows: 1) The toilet bowl is not scrubbed clean - with obvious stains inside the toilet bowl. Even after asking for cleaning service, the toilet bowl is not scrubbed during my 3-nights stay in the same room. 2) The shower head is old and difficult to use during shower as the spray and the water pressure is bad. Other parts of the room as within reasonable expectations of a 3-star hotel. Thanks.

町の中心地に近い好立地です。 午前中に着きましたが、すぐにチェックインさせて頂きました。 ベッドのサイズなども希望通りで、上階の眺めのいいお部屋で大変満足しました。 デスクとソファもある広いお部屋で、落ち着いた内装はさすがダイナスティホテルだと思いました。 レセプションスタッフはみんな感じよく、気持ちよく滞在することができました。お値段も雨季のせいかリーズナブルだったので、とてもお買い得でした
