「The furniture in room 223 is falling apart, even though I mentioned during check-in not to give me a dilapidated room. The water pressure was horrible. The view out of the window was a roof. Also, why are we paying $21 for parking when the parking lot is empty and belongs to the hotel?!」

「The room was spacious and clean, and the staff was hospitable」

「The airport shuttle was very quick and easy. The staff were very helpful at the front desk.」

「Hotel en buenas condiciones, personal amable y atentos. La comida muy buena」

「The staff were very courteous and helpful with anything we needed. The breakfast was always hot and ready for whenever we wanted to eat. Having the coffee and tea ready 24/7 was a nice touch. Cleaning staff and work was very good.」
