"They had smoking rooms, which are hard to find these days. The staff (front desk and housekeeping) were very friendly and helpful. Although the washer/dryer was small, it was free, which came in very handy for us. Although the room was small with no closet, it was very clean and comfortable. So many restaurants within walking distance. All in all, it's not a high-end hotel, but great value for the price."

"I really like this hotel and I have stayed in this hotel many times but this trip seems like the best overall experience. The concierge desk staff was very friendly and helpful assistance me with with help with ordering food and transportation service. Im disabled guests and they were very patient and kind hearted to me and my friend too. I would like to say thank you to one of their staff who helped me throughout my stay. Her name is Rei Yang.
