Everything good, nice decor, except the smell of bleach in the bathroom was overwhelming and irritating to breathing passages. We ended up keeping the bathroom door closed and opening windows, though fresh air did not help. Too strong a mix of bleach in the cleaning.

Generally, clean and the breakfast was well stocked and maintained. The bathrooms need updating as hardware was lose and the elevator ceased working three times (although quickly fixed each time.

The staff set me up in a room next the their basketball court unbeknownst to me, I had to request a new room twice since the second room was also facing the basketball court which folks were using until 10pm. The rooms were hot and half the bathroom fixtures were coming loose. Place and people were the worst. Not sure why folks gave this pit a nine out of ten.

The room had a lot of dog hair on the couch. The soap dish still had some old leftover soap. The lady at the front desk was the only great thing about it. She apologized and gave us a partial credit for a future visit. Next morning, checking out, the lady at the front desk, didn’t apologize or didn’t seem to care at all.

I've stayed here a couple times.... The housekeeping was horrible I stayed for 9 days only saw them twice. The front staff was very unprofessional was drinking on the job. Place was very dirty location was great.. and the amenities were great.

First off I feel like it's hard for people to realize that when you are employed there are standards and it's necessary to give your all and strive to provide top notch service because your getting paid for it. We spent our hard earned $342 total with only $56 being taken off. There was a bloody pillow with dirty sheets and blankets in a bag for the sofa bed. We arrived late for check in so we were extremely exhausted from traveling plus we had a funeral to attend 6 hrs later, the front desk staff did what he could to accommodate us. Being that it was late he provided us with clean pillows and bedding i think her name was Tony and we really appreciated her I would say that was the best part about the stay although at that point we were just plain uncomfortable. After inspecting the room more it was just not very clean. There was a dirty ring around the tub, light switch filthy in the bathroom on top of the bloody pillow it was just toooo much we were then transferred to another room hours later which was way cleaner than the room next door. We have stayed there before but I'm traumatized. The floors throughout the hotel were not very clean either. I'm very surprised because when we come in town or travel the Marriott is one of our faves. My advice to the would be to weed out the managers and cleaning staff when we were leaving that morning for the funeral half of the staff and the Management were in the kitchen eating the breakfast instead of serving the customer's needs.

I would like to share my pleasant experience with this hotel. I have stayed in this hotel from Jan till Feb everything other week counting almost 30 days total due to work. I had stayed other places around before but once I stayed here I didn’t look for any other places. First of all I would like to thank all the staff and specially Samantha for being so accommodative and helpful is every aspect of my stay. As my stay was very long and frequent there were some minor issues (internet tv, tub clog etc) but staffs were always so attentive to help making the stay so smooth and easy. They are very friendly, kind and helpful. I enjoyed everyone of them during my stay. 2nd best thing of this hotel is kitchen which is very functional and well maintained. You will be able to cook small meals and there are many restaurants and whole food near making your stay more convenient and enjoyable. House keeping was also good, very helpful in getting amenities and towels. I am a doctor and comminuted to Goshen hospital (which is about 45m drive) the whole time and didn’t mind the drive to stay in this hotel. I think I could have not survive without this hotel working through this winter time. I hope this review would help ppl who are looking for home like place to stay around this area. Thank you!
