"We really enjoyed our stay overall and would definitely stay here again!
After comparing several hotels, we chose this one because of the spacious two-bedroom suite with a kitchen, pool, and hot tub. Although there wasn’t free breakfast (which we usually look for), the price and amenities made it an easy choice.
The staff was incredibly friendly, and our suite was spotless, spacious, and had everything we needed, including a balcony. We also loved the courtyard with grills, golf, and fire pits.
The biggest disappointment was that the hot tub was out of order when we arrived. It was one of the main reasons we booked this hotel. When I shared my disappointment, the front desk agreed to give us a complimentary late checkout until noon so we could hopefully use it the next morning. We really appreciated that. One of the fire pits also wasn’t working when we tried to use that amenity.
The next morning, the hot tub was still closed after its scheduled opening time while maintenance tested the water because of a newly installed chemical monitoring system. Although the delay was disappointing, I appreciated that they were prioritizing safety and maintaining the property. Once it opened, it was clean, hot, and relaxing.
The spacious suite, clean property, and excellent customer service outweighed the few maintenance hiccups. We’d happily stay here again and recommend it to families looking for extra space."
