“From check in to check out, we were well taken care of. From the front desk, to the awesome concierge, or helpful bellboys! We purchased a private shuttle (separate from hotel) to and from the airport. When it didn’t arrive the hotel coordinated a taxi (paid) and dealt with the shuttle service. Just another example of how great they were!”

“The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool and grounds were beautiful. I would say the gym was adequate but nothing special for equipment. The room was very big, but has a lot of space that was poorly utilized. There could have been more storage for clothes and personal belongings. In our room one of the windows/motors for the automatic blinds was popping over and over again during the day. Our door didn’t shut on its own. These were small issues overall. The bed was very comfortable and……

“El Hotel se encuentra en remodelación, pero si vas estar en Boca de Tomatlán, Colomitos, Playas las Animas, Mismaloya, etc. Y lo único que deseas es un lugar para descansar y no eres whitexican o te la tiras de freson, este lugar está perfecto, no hay servicio de restaurante y bar, solo es para descansar!”
