「We were in KC for a Cheer Competition. This location worked great! Lots of local option for food/coffee/groceries/Dollar Store (for any items needed or forgotten) and 15-20 minutes to The Convention Center. House worked great for 8 adults and 5 teens. The adults each had our own room and there was enough room in the living space to put the teens. House was clean and everything worked fine. 「Awesome views, very clean. Beach lounge chairs are provided by Palm Bay, but they don’t provide umbrellas, you can rent one at the beach, around 28. We got lucky and there was a beach umbrella in the closet along with beach toys and kid floats. There were only a couple of small issues that are not real issues, more of an inconveniences. No paper towels, no salt n pepper and no grill utensils. These were fixed with a quick Instacart order and we didn’t miss a beat. We will definitely stay here...

「We stayed with this host before when we came up to kc about a year ago for a trip to childrens mercy. we had another one today so we decided to book with them again and stayed in their other apartment to check it out since they were attached. Apartment was just as beautifu and as comfortable as the 1st one. Only thing we can complain about is the faint smell of pot from possibly the people who might of stayed there before us. Still give it 5 stars!! Becuase it was homie and very afordable」

「The house was very clean. It looked like it had recently been updated with paint, flooring, fixtures, bath etc. Just a couple of problems during the trip. The one major problem that will need addressed is the lack of anything to store clothing etc during the trip. There is literally no place at all to unpack.
