2/10 Terrible

"The pool looks neat, closes super early. The entire property smells like smoke, I don’t know how it got the ratings it did because it was nasty. The bedding was stained, the floors nasty, the bathroom gross, 10/10 will never stay at this chain again. It’s the kinda place you wanna wear sandals in the shower. It was just gross. A woman was literally being chased by a man in the hallway and the front desk said they have a history of violence and apparently that’s their normal."

"We were hesitant to stay here again because our previous experience was disappointing. However, due to the timing of our trip and the affordability of the hotel, it was our best option. We’re glad we gave it another chance. This stay was a significant improvement from our last visit. Aside from the weather, everything was wonderful. Even with the less-than-ideal conditions, the pool and arcade provided plenty of entertainment for the kids, and our room was much better than the one we had previously. Overall, we had a great experience and are happy we decided to return."

Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Biloxi

"We stayed in the platinum suite, we booked 2 rooms, when we checked in only one room was ready, they called us when the other room was ready but we had to wait in line again and by that time it was extremely long and it was annoying I feel they should make a special line for those types of situations. The rooms view was amazing, the room itself was a little worn and the carpets could use a good cleaning, beds were comfy and they had a waterfall shower. We would stay here again if we ever come.back. The casino was kinda small but we enjoyed ourselves."

"The hotel was clean and parking very easy and accessible. The buffet wasn't great, and the Shack was quite expensive, also not a great variety of food to choose from. I also thought I saw listed as amenities, a mini fridge and microwave. When we arrived, we were told that management removed all the microwaves due to fire detectors going off and guests having to leave their hotel room although there was not a fire. Palace should remove microwave from their room's websites. If I visit Biloxi again, I plan to stay at the Golden Nugget. Their dining is much nicer than The Palace Casino. Golden Nuggett's Lillie is AWESOME for dining, and reasonable."
