"Property was very clean and well maintained. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Room we had was a bit noisy as it was just above the main entrance, even on the 12th floor it was noisy. The room had a mini fridge, but it was just placed against the wall and near the bed. It also ran very loud. But overall a good stay."

"The room was clean with nice linens, great bed pillows and mattress was amazing!! Check in was easy. Only one elevator was operational and that was inconvenient. Maintenance needs to work on toilet. Bowl did not always fill after use without manual help!!! Also, the front doors to the lobby need to open automatically as it was very difficult to get luggage carts through them. The doors are very heavy and one person has a hard time keeping the door open and navigating the cart! No valet or doormen to help!"

"For the most part the Hotel casino was fine. I did have problems with a waitress. I have place my order and she didn't put it in. And she totally ignore me when I ask were my order. She kept putting other people in from me and waiting on them. Until,I complained to a Supervisor. But, the supervisor, took care of the situation and she continues waited on me and helped me and .told me Happy birthday. And, she got a big tips for acknowledgement me. Then it was one other thing I ask for clean towels and clean sheets and and clean pillows case. I never did received them and that wasn't cool. I ask for the earlier part of that morning.Guest what I never did received them and I wasn't happy... But, everything else was fine."
