“This was my first time staying at the property. Staff was very nice, the lobby was nice, breakfast was decent. But the amenities was HORRIBLE. The pool was out of order, all the equipment in the gym had "do not use", except the bike. And our room had 3 big towels, 1 face towel, and 1 medium towel. I went down to ask for towels, and was told they were in the dryer and she will bring them up later. That never happened. We had to go across the street to the Dollar Store to buy towels for our 2……
