“Staff were very pleasant and helpful. However one of two elevators was down for the entire holiday weekend causing massive traffic jams at the elevator. One of the people in our group found hairs on the linens of their bed. The pool did not have any shade, not enough seating and no towels were put out when it opened. Breakfast area was not kept clean throughout the breakfast and we had to clean our own table. Overall a disappointing stay because I have had better experiences and had a certain……
