Exterior of building is pretty run down. Room was fairly clean, but it needs some updating. Chair was dirty. The hotel is on a good location though and was quiet.

The room was not clean at all. And the shower was pretty dated as some tiles were falling out and there was dark (possibly mold) coming out from behind them. The staff was nice, but overall gave off a pretty dated and not well taken care of vibe.

This hotel is in dire need of a deep clean and some updates. The room was pretty clean, but definitely showing signs of age with peeling wallpaper in the bathroom and a shower pan so old we wore flip flops while showering. We only stayed one night so it was tolerable, but with so many hotel options in downtown Missoula, I'd spend a bit more and stay at a nicer place in the future. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
