Clean Unit and Convenient location

I loved the location and the bed was extremely comfortable and kitchen very well stocked. I found the TV a little difficult to work easily and also found the bedroom to be too warm even with the AC on in the front room (there was an unexpected spring heatwave so they might have been unprepared for that) but I think a fan in the room would be helpful. I also thought the coffee table in the living could either be painted or replaced because it showed many water marks and made the unit seem less appealing as it would with this small upgrade.

Convenient vacation home in central Missoula!

This rental met my interests in several categories: easy walking distance to University of Montana facilities, downtown restaurants and entertainment, and neighborhood shopping and breakfast sites; design of rental provides the feel of a larger rental; off-street location seems quiet and secluded; and it was immaculate! I wish that it was available for one-night bookings as I visit Missoula several times per year.

This was a perfect spot for us. Clean and bright. It’s new so was missing a couple of things like a pot for cooking spaghetti and a vegetable peeler, but we were very comfortable there. Very walkable location - bakeries, farmer’s market, river, restaurants, parks, grocery store. We loved Missoula.

Winter in Missoula

It is a warm and cozy apartment. It has all you need, including the stackable washer and dryer in the bathroom. The heated steps came in very handy in the snow. My suggestion would be to upgrade items such as dishwasher/laundry detergent, dryer sheets, toilet paper and paper towels.

Small but spacious

This over-garage apartment was perfect for two people, with plenty of space for suitcases, backpacks, shoes, jackets, hats. But it was small enough to feel cozy and friendly. And, there was a dedicated parking space. We could walk to the UM campus, to restaurants and shops on Higgins, to the river, to downtown. It was easy to manage Covid concerns by preparing our own breakfasts and bringing back restaurant takeout dinners to eat "at home" (mid-Sept. 2021).

Visit

I’ve stayed here before and I like it. I bought my own coffee maker because I don’t enjoy Keurig coffee. The only problem was a lightbulb burned out, and there were no extras in the apartment. Plus there was only two extra rolls of toilet paper. I bought both of those which is fine. Everything else is really nice. I hope I get to stay there again. The best part was that I arrived early and Amy let me check in early which made a huge difference in my day. Thank you.

Stunning Slant Street Stay

If you are searching for a clean, comfortable, and conveniently located base for exploring Missoula or western Montana - look no further. From the apartment, it takes just minutes to walk to the University of Montana and hike the M or downtown to surf Brennan's Wave (and local favorites Rockin' Rudy's and Big Dipper ice cream are just steps from the front door). After a busy day of work or play, the apartment is a relaxing and welcoming place to unwind - it is new and beautifully designed, comfortable, and full of amenities. Strong wifi means work travelers can stay on top of to do lists (and favorite shows on the Roku-connected TV). Touches like photos from the region on the walls, the washer and dryer, and dedicated off-street parking set this apartment apart from the average rental. My favorite part? The view of the mountains from the tile and glass shower.

Missoula Rental

This place was super nice, very convenient, mostly quiet, except for people driving down the alley too fast and the drinking party that went on next door in the backyard all night. Loved the kitchen, but I would suggest a window blind over the kitchen sink as there is no privacy when the owner is in their house or on in their yard. Plus, it's very bright in the mornings. Loved the bathroom, too, except the shower head is way too high. I couldn't reach it to adjust it at all. And I would suggest a new control for the shower as well, so you can turn it down a little bit, instead of being on full force only. The couch is very uncomfortable. There is no dresser in the bedroom. These are the things I would change to make it perfect.

Comfortable and Clean

The rental was comfortable and clean. Bring your own soap, shampoo, and conditioner. None provided except for a generic 2in1 mini travel size. I recommended to the hosts to provide a small chair for the upper deck to be able to sit outside. Everything was great overall.
