“The staff was excellent here. Even the maintenance dudes were cool. Front desk ladies were great. The young lady in the activities center was super nice and really cool. We did the escape room they had. EVERYONE who stays here should do it. It’s only $5 and the people who work there made up the puzzles and designed it. It’s super cool. Great stay. We had a big ass suite with two fireplaces. Went week before Memorial Day. Perfect. Nobody else was there. I’d stay here again. It’s one of the nicest……

“The room smelled like mildew and mosquitoes were in the room and bathroom. The lights were very dark so you couldn’t see what was causing the smell. The commode in the bathroom would not stop running. There was a pool near the room but was locked up with no sign saying why. The property did have a marina that was nice. There was no water fountains anywhere on the property.”

“The stoll was very short like RV short and I'm 5" and it was too short for me let alone my elder in-laws that 1 walks with a walker/wheelchair and had to use my husband and father in-law to help her get up. The other who doesn't walk well used a walker to lift himself up. The refrigerator had mold in it and then we had 8 stairs to get 2 elders up and down neither walk well or walk without assistance so between the stool and the stairs we were more exhausted than had any fun. Absolutely awful and……

“The worst Hyatt stay ever! Where do I start! We booked 2 double-bed rooms for a HS team for a math competition. We were told there were only 1-Q rooms left and staff offered to provide rollaway beds for free. As we had a flight delay and it was late, we accepted it. The rollaway beds squeaked in the windowless rooms all night and kids who had a math competition the next day couldn’t sleep. My room was next to a service elevator that made thundering sounds all night. I woke up 15 minutes into my……

“Almost had to stand in bathtub to close bathroom door, no handle in the shower. No place for guest to sit and talk, breakfast room locked after 9:30 AM. Most of the breakfast food was cold except the eggs all 4 days we were there.”
