Eine neu erbaute Ferienhaussiedlung mit viel kleinen Häuschen und viel grün drum herum. Das Haus ist hochwertig erbaut und bietet jeglichen Komfort, wir hatten pro Schlafzimmer ein eigenes Bad mit WC/Dusche sowie ein weiteres im EG; dort auch eine sehr gut und hochwertig ausgestattete Küche. Pro Tag ein zweistündiger freier Eintritt je Gast in der Therme, die nur 1 km entfernt ist. Bayreuth ist nur 15 km entfernt, wo man shoppen und bummeln kann. Die Fränkische Schweiz mit Sehenswürdigkeiten und vielfältigen Wanderwegen ist auch ganz nah.

Modernes Haus, gut ausgestattet, sehr freundliche Betreuung, Umgebung ruhig, Therme in der Nähe stark reduziert, wird wohl seit Jahren umgebaut, Essen und trinken gehen war nicht so einfach, man muss in der Regel mobil sein. Bäcker im Ort, Supermarkt in den Nachbarorten
