Disgusting. Unprofessional staff. Dirty. Including staff. Front desk guy was a shabbily dressed slob with open toe sandals and big dirty feet. And he literally stunk. The whole lobby smelled of his body odor. I could go on and on with more details but it would be just too long.

I was given a key to an occupied room. Surprise. The TV from an adjacent room was so loud I heard it at 2 am. The room was cold heat didn’t work, put on more clothes to get warm. I was driving long distance desperately needed sleep. That was a fail.

Never stay at the Rodeway inn
The entire motel looked like it had never been cleaned. The door did not lock except the deadbolt. The smell was horrible.

Property was in disrepair as was the room. The first room I was given had dirty bed linens and a bug crawling on the frig. I was given a different room upon request. This room was better and appeared cleaner, although there were several bugs on the wall and ceiling. The bed cover was stained as were the sheets on the second bed. As it was late, I ended up staying but did not feel comfortable and did not sleep well. The front desk person was helpful and apologetic.

We managed.
The town was booked and we didn't want to pay $300 a night at the only hotel still accepting. SO this is the one that had openings. They really need to clean better. I went ahead and took a wet towel to clean the floor. It was pretty dark when I was finished. They gave us new sheets. We changed the sheets ourselves being there was hair on them. I also sprayed for bugs since we saw a spider when we got there. It also looked like no one had swept in the hall. It really wouldn't be that bad if they would just get new bedding and clean. Don't really plan the breakfast as a normal complimentary breakfast, unless you're ok with cereal and toast. Also our room was non smoking with a smoking rooms all around us. One being the guy running the place so the smoke smell was really bad. We did fine when we were there.

Nothing unique. We booked a queen bed and were given a smaller. Room really wasn't ready when we arrived at 5:30 p.m. Only one room key worked.

Rooms were musty, patchwork done for repairs-not professionally done. Light fixture on wall taped together holding it in place. Cigarette burns on sheet. One pillow per bed bunched in a ball. Hair in shower and shower floor. Cockroaches in room. Def would not recommend this hotel. I had to swap rooms with my family members just so my kid didn’t have to stay in the worst smelling room.

Paid $165 for a night and couldn’t leave my room. There was no key to my door so I couldn’t lock it to go get dinner. A guy came up and trued a bunch of keys that did not work then left. I thought he was coming back but never did.

Booking was lost, had to argue for my stay despite having confirmations. Staff was unhelpful. Entire place smelled disgusting. Rooms were dirty. Bathtub didn't drain. Parking lot is broken up. Managers live on site. Extra people just hanging around for no reason. Breakfast was hidden in a basement room and limited. I do not recommend at all. Sleep in your car. It'll be better there!!!

The place is absolutely horrible! We are leaving to go stay somewhere else. Filthy smells horrible, band aids on the floor, even the bedspreads don’t even match. Can’t believe we paid for this but have to leave and go pay for a room somewhere else. Disgusting

Booked and prepaid a room when we arrived mr.patel gave us a key to an already occupied room. When we returned to inform him of the error to which he said "we are overbooked and dont have a room for you". Yet he let other people check in after us, to which we discovered they had raised the rates $10 higher after they started to sell out. This place is garbage, dont stay here

There were dirty towels in our unit, the room was very nasty. We were given 2 flat pillows. There were flies everywhere in the room. I wouldn't pay $5 to stay here, I'd rather sleep in my car.

Only positive was 3 locks on door. Comp breakfast was two dry cereals and a gallon jug of milk and partial break for toast. AND there was a live cockroach crawling under the coffee machine. Told the desk person and he didn't say a word. Bed sheets were well used and rough. And I'm not a complainer.

The first room given to us had been used but was given another room. Pillows really need replaced as they are yellowed. Carpet needed a better job of vacuuming. Pretty disappointed from what Rodeway used to be.

This hotel needs some serious attention! Holes in the wall and ceiling, carpet that I was afraid to put bare feet on, beds with no top sheets, mattresses that feel like they are rolling you off on the floor - even threadbare, semen and blood stained towels. We even thought about going back and sleeping in the car but there were 4 of us. No wonder they have a no-money back policy.

Room was in disrepair. Bed sheets had stains. There was a dirty shirt hanging in the bathroom. There were bugs in the bathroom. At check-in a "guest" said she was living there for $900 per month. The first key did not work. I could say more, but suffice it to say, it was the worst stay in a hotel i have ever had.

The rooms were a nice size, very clean. Food was good with a variety for breakfast including waffles, eggs, biscuits and gravy, Sausage, hash browns, bagel, muffins, juice, coffee and yogurt. Bed, pillows comfortable. No issues with having hot water. Would definitely recommend staying here! We stayed 7days.

We stayed 3 nights and had no housekeeping services or new towels. The outdoor entrance is not tended at all, broken and empty planters. Never saw a motel employee. Breakfast was frosted flakes and white bread.
