「The staff was helpful and polite. The place was clean enough, the beds were comfortable , until i realized there were bed bugs. The amenities are poor but the ac thankfully kept the room cool & the water pressure and temperature was great. Everything was nice enough for a discount hotel, but the second night i was there, lots of very rough people showed up. They were up most of the night, talking in the hallway (boiling hot). 「We were so pleased were our stay! Stuff was extremely friendly and helpful in any of our needs. We stayed two nights for a softball tournament and it was just what we needed for a great price! We were able to see and check the room over beforehand. Mattresses were extremely clean and comfortable! Would stay again!」

「The property was very quiet and clean! The room was as spacious as advertised. The pool was in fact heated and very well taken care of! I saw multiple people with their dogs, so the hotel is pet friendly and it was nice to see! The staff was very polite. 「Exceptional value. 2 bedroom and 2 baths perfect for family visiting. Lots of room , fireplace and kitchen with dining room. A sauna was a great plus in the condo. Indoor pool looked great but I didn’t have an opportunity to use it. Staff helpful with local things to do including use of Sheraton Hotel amenities.」

「The staff was wonderful but the rooms are outdated there was rust everywhere. The water was so cold u could only be in it for an hour. It was definitely much smaller then expected and the rooms dont come with the water park access u have to buy thise separately. The food was all microwave food except the pizza.
