"Our family spent just one night at the hotel, but wished we could have stayed longer. The location is unbeatable though getting there by public transport may be a challenge. We drove and there was enough parking even though it was shared with beach-goers. The hotel itself has only two spots by its entrance.Service was excellent and check-in was quick and efficient. While the hotel is not new, it is more than made up by its amenities and room views, and what views we had!! Kaimondake was right...

"社員旅行ではじめて利用させて頂きましたが、レストラン、温泉、眺望、施設、スタッフの皆さんの全てが完璧でした。ホテル内には＂砂蒸し風呂＂もあり、温泉大浴場と併せ癒されました。また、1番楽しみにしていたのが食事でしたが、指宿唯一のフレンチレストランでの創作フレンチコース料理とベテランソムリエの方がチョイスしたワインが素晴らしかった事と、我々ホテルユーザーにとっての最後のイベントが朝食ですが、フレッシュな食材の料理に感動しました。また伺わせて頂きます！"
